Very interesting hotel. Staff are very professional. Security is good. What more could you ask for if you're in Narva?

Well located, clean and polite hotel. Spacious rooms, lots of light and air. There was no air conditioner.

It was a series of business trips to Narva, and Narva hotel was the ideal choice for it: 1. Location nearby train station; 2. Rooms in good shape and variety; 3. Excellent service and cleaning; 4. Spacious and well equipped conference room; 5. Restaurant Chagall with artistic food, interior, and service. Remain to be tried: SPA facilities.

The hotel with good location, a little bit small rooms, but very kind and cleanness. Service is very friendly! The breakfast and dinner were very tasty. SPA is also should be visited.

Good restaurant, if you want to eat there in the evening. We also liked the back of the hotel, it was cool in some weird way.

All good, but minibar fridge noise is too loud. I would prefer not to have any fridge in the room at all, then have this noise. Everything else is good. Brealfast was good.

Very friendly, clean; excellent breakfast; enough room for parking; culture centre Rugodiv in 50 metres; the river and the fortress and the border crossing point nearby. Will visit again with certainty.

All O.K. I´m very happy. Especially the restaurant, its list, quality as well as service are excellent. Also I always have got friendly and good advice, when asked. Breakfast was nice and tasty. The place is good, easy to find and parking was easy. Our stay was because of my birhtday and we got what we needed.

The hotel is located conveniently close to the railway station, the fortress and the border check point. My room was basic, but a good value for money. I also liked the restaurant. And all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had to check out very early, before the breakfast was ready and the packed one for me to take on the go (including coffee). Very nice people!

I was pleasantly surprised by the dishes prepared by Chef Evgenia Baldina and the team at the Shagall restaurant. Excellent combination and balance of flavors. Highly recommend it. Delightful breakfast, hotel in a great location, and the staff was very helpful.

I stayed in this hotel for one night. A very nice experience. The room was very clean, hotel staff very friendly and I enjoyed the breakfast. I will come back here next time I will be in Narva. Recommended.

Located in the center of the city. The hotel is partly renovated. Pls, remember us "new" room. Hotel is clean and service in English was very polite. Breakfast was included and quite nice, everything was fresh. Only minus was not having air-condition. Quiet location with free parking.

Have a good night sleep. Will be back again.
