Excellent stuffs and hotel too very clean and very familiar is very close to metro station and airport too . I’m satisfied with the service and quality of hotels . Breakfast are excellent too

Free breakfast excellent, Very comfortable

basic and rudimentary. it's a little far from train station, so be prepared if arriving with many and/or heavy baggage. however, the main negative is that the woman at the front desk in the morning horrendously rude. i saw her mistreat two thai guests. completely unacceptable

The location is excellent, and the free breakfast was great considering the price we paid for the room! Would book here again if I happen to be in Tokyo again. I highly recommend for budget travelers.

Its an older hotel built at the same time as all the other Narita hotels. Its basic but they have done their best witj wjat they can do. Friendly reception and sited on the quieter side of the JR station.

Not the most convenient location, but the breakfast included more than made up for it

The hotel is located in front of the west exit of JR Narita Station. It is easy to find. Since I don't want to stay in a hotel in the city and get up early to leave Narita Airport, I choose to stay overnight before taking the JR Narita Line. It takes about half an hour to get to Narita Airport without spending time on transfers. The price of the hotel is consistent with the facilities. It is clean and tidy. If you have requirements for hotels, I don't like it. People who travel alone can consider staying here
