Napoli Centro Suite & Spa

We booked this hotel for our last night in Italy since we had a 6AM flight the following morning. What they don't tell you, is that they are located in a pedestrian zone and that the GPS will guide you into alleyways that you are not supposed to be on. When talking to the front desk it is park in a garage and walk to the place with your luggage. We needed to drop off the rental car since we had a 6AM flight the next day. It took TWO HOURS to drive to the airport and drop off the rental car due to traffic. I talked to the front desk again and told them that it is now after 6PM and to get back to the hotel would be another nightmare. I was told to take a cab or bus and deal with it. I then asked to cancel and I booked another hotel right near the airport, and was told that they would keep my money since I cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. If their property description would have said that they are in a pedestrian zone, we would have booked elsewhere. False advertising and they don't care. To them, it is all about the money. I have no idea what the property is like nor do I care since I will never stay here after this experience.

We could not have asked for a more wonderful place to stay in Napoli. From the moment we arrived, everyone treated us like family. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful, and we always felt safe and secure. Highly recommend this jewel of a spot!

Don’t be dismayed by your first glimpse of this B and B. Your taxi will have to stop a bit before the door, and you’ll find the elevator in the middle of a small, dark courtyard. But the host, Francisco, will dispel any misgivings. He’s handsome, charming, and friendly and speaks excellent English. He’s enthusiastic about telling you what to see in Naples. The rooms are comfortable; some have a balcony. The hotel is across the street from a Metro stop. The breakfast buffet includes wonderful Neapolitan cream-filled buns and excellent coffee. When we had to depart early in the morning, breakfast was put into the room fridge the night before. Tea is always available in the lounge area.

Mi dispiace tanto per i proprietari gentilissimi ma la mia esperienza è stata terribile. Per problemi di prenotazione mi hanno offerto la suite con spa privata ad un ottimo prezzo (secondo loro 185 € per una notte), peccato però che non era una suite!! Letto piccolo e di quelli a scomparsa, bagno piccolissimo senza mensole e bicchieri per poggiare spazzolini o altro, cattivo odore di tubature, nessun armadio o almeno grucce, la televisione non si può guardare dal letto ma solo dalla vasca, la sauna non fa sudare....potrei continuare ma evito. Tra l'altro la colazione scarna....insomma non ci tornerò più anche se il proprietario, ripeto, si è scusato ed è stato gentile.

È propio vero che il detto di Napoli piangi quando arrivi e soprattutto lo fai quando devi venire via. Poi quanto trovi un b&b gestito da persone fantastiche allora ancora di più si piange quando si deve venire via da questa meravigliosa città .grazie x la vostra gentilezza e professionalità

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per un weekend lungo... Da ven a lun... Stanze pulite, materassi confortevoli Se vuoi vivere davvero Napoli devi alloggiare ai quartieri spagnoli... Anna e Isabel ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Servizio in hotel e consigli su dove andare e dove mangiare davvero ottimi Consigliatissimo
