Abbiamo trascorso una notte presso la struttura in suite , a seguito di una semplice doccia ci siamo stati inondati d'acqua diventando cosi il bagno completamente inagibili. A seguito del bagno in vasca, poi, anche la vasca ha iniziato a perdere. Abbiamo chiamato in reception per chiedere un cambio stanza ma ci è stato dettto ''vi porto le asciugamani e asciugate'' una cosa inaccettabile, ho esplicitamente detto che sarei uscita e al mio ritorno volevo trovare tutto normale. ovviamente il gg dopo non abbiamo potuto usare il bagno e siamo andati via senza neanche una doccia. La resposabile non ci ha neanche chiesto scusa bensi ci ha fatto pagare anche i 15 euro dell'aperitivo preso il giorno prima in camera. NON SAPETE STARE IN COMMERCIO, NON TORNERO MAI PIU
