很幽靜，易找的酒店！到店時前台工作人員很友善，很耐心告知我如何去各大景點！特別感謝的是讓他推薦一天遊旅行公司去Amalfi島，幫找了Napoli city vision 公司，實在太好了，提供了好車和優秀的導遊，完美的一天遊！早餐也很不錯，工作人員都很好

深夜または早朝に空港に行くまたは来る場合には、結構良いホテルだと思います。部屋は狭いし、冷蔵庫もないが、スタッフは親切で、時間を指定すればちゃんと車を予約してくれます。タクシーではなく、普通の乗用車が来たので、恐らくホテルと提携している白タクでしょう。料金は25ユーロ固定。早朝4時半で乗車時間はおよそ10分だったので、少し高いなと感じましたが、逆にさらにふっかけられる（ぼったくられる）心配はなかったのは良かった（笑）。また、早朝なので朝ご飯は食べられなかったが、スタッフがコーヒーとジュースを出してくれました。
普通に観光ホテルとして使うには、場所が微妙です。トラムの1番の駅から歩いて2分くらいですが、周りにお店はほとんどないです。ガリバルディ駅からトラムで15分位かかります。

We had a lovely family stay her spread between two rooms for seven nights. Reception was extremely friendly helpful and professional and always went beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Rooms were very comfortable and clean with AC and powerful showers. Breakfast was continental with a lots on offer and lovely coffee on offer from a very nice lady who was an expert at making these coffees and who kept a stocked and tasty buffet - lots of cakes and sweets for breakfast if you have a sweet tooth! Location wise - as other reviewers said not the best part of town if you are leaving the premises on foot, however the hotel grounds were beautiful, quiet and clean. Tram about 8-10 mins and 169 bus into Central Naples is available across the road from the hotel. You can get one of the trams straight to the Ferry Ports if you are visiting Ischia or Capri etc You need to check the times though as sometimes they are late or cancelled. If this happens just walk to Naples centre for 20 mins. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby, restaurants were closed for the summer I guess but big plus on 20 euros to the airport from the hotel. Highly recommended to stay here if you do not mind being 10 mins away from Central Naples!

I have been to a dozen cities in Italy and Naples is by far the grittiest, dirtiest and fulfills it's reputation with cheating cab drivers. They hate using meters and then charge you 20-30 Euros to go 5-10 minutes. My ride from the airport to the hotel was 30 e, for a 6 minute ride. The receptionist at the hotel says that seemed about right. Really? I can go 1/3 of the way across Rome for 30 euros! The room is ok with no fridge. Walking distance (25 minutes) to the central train station. Few restaurants close by.

It was mostly clean but definitely run down. Our main purpose with booking here was for the 10 min drive to the airport because we had a 7am flight. It has working AC which was definitely a plus. The bed was super old, hard, and springy. For a quick stay in a pinch it worked out.

We needed a hotel within a short drive of Naples airport, and this fitted the bill perfectly. The location (underneath an overpass) was unpromising, but once through the gate the hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff welcoming. The generous off-street parking was also very welcome. Not in the best area of town, but we found a perfectly acceptable pizzeria nearby. The breakfast (included in the price) was good too.

We only had a quick night in Napoli and left the next morning to Sorrento. Originally I had a placed booked in Quartieri Spagnoli but I changed it last minute to Hotel Buono as it was much closer to the airport. This part of Napoli isn’t the best place to walk around, in terms of sights, restaurants, etc. Umberto welcomed us at reception, spoke better than average English, and was very helpful. We went out for a few hours and when we got back they told us they moved us up to a larger room on their top floor as we would be more comfortable. There was a simple breakfast that we skipped due to too much pizza and gelato the night before. We asked for a few Coke Zero from the bar and they didn’t charge us since we didn’t take any breakfast. Overall, it was perfect for our quick night in Napoli. Napoli wasn’t the kind of place I think I would want to spend a lot of time in anyway, well with Amalfi Coast so nearby. Hotel Buono is a solid 3 star hotel in my book. Updated, clean and friendly people.

C’est un hôtel très propre les chambres sont petites mais fonctionnelles, le personnel agréable souriant à l’écoute et prêt à renseigner. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un salon et quelques fauteuils et tables à l’extérieur qui est charmant. Nous étions 6 et obligés de se séparer à peine rentrés.pas de bar pour boire un dernier verre, pas de restauration et un quartier très éloigné du centre et un peu glauque rien aux alentours sauf une prison ! Petit déjeuner correct mais le personnel sauve la situation par sa gentillesse. Je pense que pour faire du tourisme ce n’est pas un bon choix.
