IBed Napoli B&B

My mom and I stayed at iBed Napoli and had the best experience. Paolo was available whenever we needed and was eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He upgraded us to a bigger room, and the room it self had all the amenities that you would need (mini-fridge, air con, towels, etc). The area was in a perfect location to different metro stops, restaurants, the Spanish Quarter, and attractions. When I come back to Naples, I’ll make sure to book again!

This hotel is great and Paolo is a very nice host and a very kind person. He is always listening to his guests and is available for them, whether it is to advise them or to help book a taxi to reach the airport. The rooms are spacious, clean, perfectly equipped and above all very well soundproofed which is essential in a city like Naples where there are many cars and the road is noisy even at night. The hotel is very well located between the port, the Spanish quarter, the old quarter and the train station. If you plan to stay in Naples I highly recommend this hotel. We were greated by Paulo who was the most excellent and friendly host. Helped us with our bads and showed us to our rooms. Theybwere large, nicely decorated and all we could want. Please do not be put off by the appearance outside. All the top sights were within walkable distance as well as the port to the islands. You can ordèr breakfast with Paulo and he will help you with anything you need for your stay. Thank you Paulo.

The hosts Elena and Paolo are wonderful. They serve customers very politely. It would have been better if there was a refrigerator.

Usually stay in hotels so didn't really know what to expect. Shouldn't have worried as everything was above our expectations. Good spacious room with a good shower. Good Neapolitan breakfast and location perfect. Owners friendly and extremely helpful. On top of all that, loved Naples and will go again and to this B&B.

My husband and I were staying at another B&B which was unavailable for our last three nights in Naples. Searching online the night before, we found iBed and contacted the hosts via WhatsApp. Elena responded immediately, and we were happy to find out a room was available due to a cancellation. Lucky for us, the location turned out to be right across the street! It was a bit puzzling at first to find it, as it's in the same building as the police, but in a matter of minutes, we found the door, met Paolo, who was super helpful, and were checked in and ready to continue our day. We enjoy walking, so didn't use the metro, but there are several stations close by. It's about a 25-minute walk to the central station and approx 10-minutes walk to the docks where you catch ferries to various islands. It's also 10-15 minutes walk from central tourist areas and 20-minutes walk to the National Archeological Museum. There are a number of restaurants close by. The room is clean, spacious, pleasant, and quiet. The area feels very safe. The hosts, who speak very good English, are willing to help in any way they can, offering tourist advice and being available via text or call. Thank you, Elena and Paolo!
