Proprio così: tutto bene ma....che squallore il vicinato! Ovunque ci si affacci si vedono solo casermoni popolari e degrado sociale... Passiamo agli aspetti positivi: - ottima pulizia della camera e delle parti comuni (nonostante i lavori di ristrutturazione in corso); - buon assortimento di prodotti per l'igiene e scalda acqua in camera; - colazione varia e con prodotti anche locali (fichi d'india, torta al limone (eccezionale), ecc.. - personale simpatico, disponibile e cortese, oltre che professionale. Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito in locali a 50 mt. dall'hotel. Suggerisco alla Direzione di dotare i letti matrimoniali di copri materasso al fine di non fare sentire la giunzione dei 2 materassi singoli che lo compongono: stando al centro da proprio fastidio. Insomma tutto + o - ok.

Per fortuna non mi sono lasciata condizionare dalle poche recensioni negative lette su questo bellissimo hotel. Le camere sono molto confortevoli, ben arredate, senza moquet e soprattutto pulite. Il bagno impeccabile e soprattutto fornito di tutto il necessario. Ciabattine, sapone intimo, sewing kit, cuffia da doccia insomma....c'era tutto. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale... Cito Pino che mi ha aiutata con la prenotazione, Emiliano che mi ha accolta con gentilezza e ha avuto la premura di farmi trovare la fattura pronta la mattina alle 4:30 cioè alla mia partenza (non sottovaluto questo dettaglio perché denota un passaggio di consegne fatto a dovere). Infine Alessandro che è stato così gentile di permettermi di prendere l'auto dal parcheggio nonostante l'ora. Insomma, qualora dovessi avere di nuovo un volo in partenza così presto, pernotterei senza dubbio in questo splendido hotel.

Per lavoro ho alloggiato per 3 mesi in questo albergo che tutto è tranne un albergo, non fidatevi del sito perché non corrisponde assolutamente alla realtà! Come da foto allegate regna muffa e umidità anche nei pressi di quadri elettrici, ascensore inesistente il motore è buttato in mezzo al corridoio al 2 piano, bisogna portare tutto a mano sopra e anche soli, ristorante inesistente, colazione solo dolce e al minimo indispensabile, contata chi prima arriva mangia senza rifornire per gli altri ospiti, camere con muri sottilissimi, si sente tutto tutto persino quando apri l'acqua o telefonate private, telefono non funzionante bisogna chiamare il numero dell'albergo per chiedere o segnalare qualcosa, quadro elettrico metà fissato al muro e metà penzolante. Unica nota positiva è sicuramente il personale gentile e la pulizia nelle stanze (ogni tanto io personalmente ho trovato ragni che mi facevano compagnia), a parte questo nulla da dire su questo aspetto. Pessima struttura, sconsiglio vivamente di fermarsi qui!

Di 4 stelle è rimasto solo l'insegna, stanze maleodoranti, stanze al 3°piano senza ascensore, reception di cui solo 2 su 4 addetti si salvano nella cortesia, uno addirittura ucraino fatuttolui facchino, barman, reception, stura lavandini. Ci è stato vietato di portare cibo in camera, umidità presente nelle camere, intonaco che si stacca, colazione povera di solo dolce poveri diabetici,AMEN
