I was in Ecce Home 28 from January 21st to 24th. My daughter and her husband invited me to spend my birthday. Even though the location is very well situated, the apartment needs a lot of maintenance. The water in the basins remains blocked. The shower downstairs doesn’t work well. We found used toilet paper, just a quarter of a roll, and when we asked for more Piero, Riccardo’s father, brought us another piece of used toilet paper. Fungus and scale in every bathroom. The flush from the upstairs bathroom doesn’t work well. You have to push it and the button remains blocked. The kitchen doesn’t exist. Just 3 cups 3 plates and 3 chairs, a Frigobar, a microwave, and a sink. Very uncomfortable if you go with your family as there is no common room to stay in. But what made this experience more uncomfortable was the bad manners of Riccardo, the owner. Lack of communication, and difficulty to receive answers to our questions. As it was our first experience in Naples we had some doubts and it would have been very nice to feel secure and welcome in a proper way. I won’t go back to his home ever again. I am not used to being treated unkindly and without respect when I travel. The idea is to go back home feeling satisfied and welcome. Nevertheless, Napoli is a great city!
