DDennisThis is the best hotel I have ever stayed in at a great rate. It is like a small one bedroom condo with dishes and unlimited k cups and cream. Quiet and excellent air conditioning. Close enough to the beach on Marco island and a free shuttle to the pier and close beaches with complimentary beach chair towels and a big sun umbrella. It started to rain so we called the shuttle and it appeared in less than ten minutes. Can’t wait to get back there next year.

GGuest UserNice rooms, very clean but the staff isn’t very friendly and accommodating. Needed a wheelchair for my pregnant fiancé who couldn’t walk at all and was throwing up profusely due to Her pregnancy and was told for Us to suck it up so I had to carry Her all the way up then back down the stairs to take Her to an emergency room to make sure everything was ok. Moved out the next day to the Hyatt House which was much better. It was an ok stay at Staybridge but Idk if I’d go back there anytime soon

DDavidSecond time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back.

Although there is no breakfast, the water bar from 7:30 to 9:30 can also have a cup of coffee and eat fruit. There is a big supermarket opposite The biggest drawback is the street, the noise of traffic, which is a big problem for people who sleep lightly

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is superior, just on the bustling Fifth Avenue, it is very convenient to travel. The Green Olive Italian restaurant next to the hotel is great and super affordable. The room is neat and clean, the bed is big and comfortable, the water in the swimming pool is salty like seawater😀

GGuest UserThe hotel was clean the beds and pillows were comfortable we had a great nights sleep the whole 9 nights we were there The staff were very friendly and professional nothing was to much trouble The pool area was clean and well maintained We would recommend the hotel for a few nights or like we stayed 9 nights thanks to all the staff

Ggena alanisAs a travel nurse being away from home is hard! I decided to treat myself and stay somewhere nice...this was definitely worth the money! After working all night at the local hospital it was GREAT to come back to the hotel, change and then go have breakfast on the patio overlooking the bay💞💞 I will be staying here while travel nursing!

AAliAzeemWe enjoyed our quick 2-day getaway stay at the Naples Garden Inn. The lush setting was very pleasant and appealing and you wouldn't realize that you were right on US 41. It was close and convenient to everything in downtown Naples. We did experience a couple of minor issues as well as a noise issue with the occupants of the room above us that were playing loud music all day on our arrival day. I spoke to Linda at the front desk about it and she apologized and said she would speak to the guests which she promptly did. She also promptly took care of a couple of minor issues with our room and was always pleasant. Overall, we had a great experience staying at this property and would certainly not hesitate to stay there again in the future. Linda is certainly an asset to the place!

Has your basics like bed, television, microwave, mini fridge. Comes with toilet paper of course and small bar soaps however if you need a blow dryer or iron not included and also breakfast is not provided as mentioned online. All in all out of season nightly price is worth it, in season a little pricey for the overall quality.
