Meets very basic needs of a hotel. No room cleaning unless you’re there for two WEEKS! Vending machines out of order and no breakfast. Differing from my last stay the room was cleaner and as always the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Check in was simple and quick. Staff were extremely helpful and professional. The place was clean and my room was appropriately stocked.

Had issues checking in. There was no staff covering the front desk when I arrived, only a sign that said to ring a number for assistance. I tried for over 10 minutes until an employee happened to walk by and ask if I needed help. After opening up the computer system and assigning me a room, the first attempt at the door, the key cards did not work. The second attempt at the room, the key cards worked but the door was pad-locked from the inside and it was clear that I had been assigned a room that another guest was already staying in. After this, they re-assigned me to a different room which worked out. Just was an added 20 minutes to a long travel day when I was just trying to get into the room to sleep. Outside of that, the property was fine. Clean for the most part and what you'd expect for cheap business travel.

Great front desk service. Very very basic hotel more suited for long term stays. Mostly laborers from local projects staying here. Could use a mop on floors. Sticky in room. Bed was ok as were pillows. Overall very average and ok for one night.

Super convenient for our stay at a sports event .... The staff was courteous and beds were very comfortable. Nice to have a full size frig, stove and microwave though we only stayed one day . Down size was no coffee available only tea and the snack machine wasn't working. No ice maker on property which was fine because there was a gas station close by

The cleaning service was good. The bed wasn't too comfortable. There was also cockaroaches. Live ones and dead ones.

Never again. They didn’t have the room we booked - had to use the pullout couch which came with dirty blankets and sheets. Everything smelled like smoke. Two live roaches in the bathroom. Unprofessional at desk.

Better upkeep on the room floors needs to be better; you can definitely tell the hotel allows pets. I travel often for work so this was my 2nd time booking at this location. The first time staying I was put on the 3rd floor & it had a strong pet odor soon as you stepped off the elevator. My allergies were acting up the whole stay. I figured my 2nd stay this go round might have been different if I asked to be on any floor other that the 3rd & it was the same experience except this time I noticed a small roach in the bathroom so I only brought up what I needed in a plastic bag. Bedding sheets is very thin & stained with something yellow so I actually just slept on top of them & went out & purchased my own thick blanket. I’m disappointed in the quality of the hotel’s upkeep because the location is in the perfect area near restaurant & shopping centers like grocery stores etc. Night time it feels unsafe & suspect outside & I noticed a lot of the guest that stayed there were workers that does some sort of construction or landscaping. Few very sketchy looking people that you could clearly tell were on some sort of *****. Recommend any guest that stay to make it a short stay of 1 night if unable to really afford something better & to park near front of office if feeling unsafe. I would definitely book to stay at WoodSpring again I would just check out another location.

Had an in scheduled business trip to the area and need a place to stay for the night. All went very well! Room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. All you could ask for!
