The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, allowing you to visit everything walking and having a parking space, but the litter is not at all (fine and very hard matlas), it is the same litter that you can find in the Ibis hotels **. The chairs are straight and too small (this hardly covers the bed intle), the small and unvolume cousins, the fine coat and all small.
This point must really be changed, at present they are absolutely not worthy of a 4-star hotel.
The rooms are quite small.

The hotel is located near Hermes in the ancient city of Nante. The location is good but the surrounding area is not allowed to enter the car. You can walk. So before booking, you must consider the feasibility of pushing your luggage on the stone road.

I was pitted by Ctrip. When I chose the hotel, I only set up the Loire Valley area. I don’t know if the area is big, it is equivalent to choosing a hotel around Hangzhou and recommending it to Wenzhou. It is 200km away from the heart of the Loire Valley. Also paid the full amount that can not be refunded. No way, the hotel that you set yourself must go to live with the scalp. It is not counted to open more than 400km to and from the round-trip, and it wasted one night without living. Going out of this, the rest are pretty good. Nantes, equivalent to Zhengzhou, France, a transportation hub.

The room has a kitchenette and the space is very spacious. Although it is close to the pedestrian street, it is a bit noisy at night, but it is much better to close the windows. Some of the regulations for staying at the hotel, if the hotel can write clearly in different languages, including Chinese, it will be clear at a glance.

Ctrip ordered a double breakfast for a single breakfast. After the hotel, the front desk repeatedly confirmed that we really only had one breakfast. We immediately communicated with Ctrip customer service. It took a lot of effort but finally got it. We paid for it ourselves. One breakfast, Ctrip gives a refund, breakfast is OK. Hotel location is good, on the main road, there are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Compared to the OKKO hotel where I lived, the equipment is old, the sewer is not smooth, and the free coffee bar is generally available.

The hotel is on the more central street in Nantes. There is an underground garage in the store. It's about 15 euros a day. It's very convenient or quite good. The Nantes Castle Museum is within a 5-minute walk. There is a free breakfast buffet in the morning and two free drinks in the evening. 0.0 is considered a modern hotel in that circle. The hotel was a little further out than I expected as it says central, also the room we were given was lovely but a few things need improving, the bathroom stunk of garlic when we arrived, just the bathroom and it went on opening the door and spraying perfume after a while but smelt liked they cleaned it with garlic oil, also there is no fan or air-conditioning and it was very warm, we had the windows open but both my daughter and I got eaten alive by mosquitos so a fan in the room would be helpful! Also was very noisy outside, building works opposite at 7am and uni students opposite the other way laughing and singing till the early hours so not much sleep between the noise, Hest and mosquitos! The actual room is lovely, with a kitchen area but just a few improvements would make it better.

The location is good, the welcome from the staff was good and the breakfast was cafeteria style.
When I arrived I was told that I had booked two rooms which I certainly had not and this is still in dispute with Trip!
I had an early flight the next morning and booked a morning call at 3am and a taxi for 4am.
I never received the 3am morning call but did wake up early to discover that one of my flights had been cancelled so I went down to Reception to cancel my taxi as my airline had re-booked me on a later flight. I reached reception at around 3:30 to find in unattended. I eventually found a cleaner from Emliss Propriorty Service who spoke very basic English and I speak no French. After trying to explain that I wanted to cancel my taxi he got on the phone and spoke to someone else but as I speak no French I was unable to understand what was going on. So a frustrating stay for an international event

Aashleigh mairsVery clean large comfortable room equipped with a small kitchen and everything you need for your stay. Staff were very helpful. Pool and sauna was quiet and clean. Breakfast options were limited for the price but we still managed to eat well. The tram stop is about a 3 minute walk away, making the whole city very easily accessible. Early morning taxi to the airport cost €30, train station €12 by taxi.

It’s surrounded by building sites at this moment in time and it looks like they will be flats or offices . AAouadIt was standard overall, nice location and standard ibis breakfast with bigger than usual rooms.
There was an incident at 4h-' in the morning where we were woken up with a very loud sound of alarm due to a false manoeuvre by the staff that made our sleeping a nightmare.
No real excuse from any of the staff the next day.
