Booked into the Club Double Room and it was an enjoyable stay with easy access to the Club Lounge. Enjoyed the gym as it was quite well equipped. Will definitely come back again for another staycation, especially on a long weekend. The breakfast was good and the service at the club lounge was really good. Thank you!

Good location, a lot of restaurants can walk by, close to the concert stadium. Staffs are very polite and friendly.

Great, friendly and efficient service. Brilliant breakfast buffet for both western and Chinese selections. Very comfortable bed with a spacious room and lovely city views. Well stocked lobby bar downstairs with a great selection of wines, teas etc.

Overall the hotel is well organzied. Only staff not smart, careful and not detailed in mind. My stay extended one day, since cannot change the original booking (a 2 days stay), I made another one separately. Upon check in, reminded reception, and the gentleman did arranged my check in through out entire 3 days. Unfortunately, the assigned room at 19th floor (?) has bad smoke smell, thus I requested a change of room, at first the customer service lady on phone asked me to open window, and giving different kind of excuse and tried to refuse my request, after much request, she said she will arrange and will can me back. Which took 15-20mins and still no return call for updates, until I called again and finally got a change of room to 18th. another 2 bad experience were : 1) after changed room to 18th, only 2 days being arranged and on the 3rd day when I returned to room, my card was disabled and I had to go down to reception and got my card reactivated, where the girl did challenged me about my booking, said it's no record showing that I have 3rd day booking... 2) my booking is executive room, with free lounge service, after being moved to 18th, I am not able to access 19th to enjoy the lounge, and, I had to go down to reception, again... for the rest, overall service is OK, and the lounge is great.

Front Desk reception charged 1000 RBM to my card supposedly meant for pre authorization deposit ! When checking out , hotel manger lady helped with the booking of Didi and made a terrible mistake to input the wrong destination! Not sure why Nanning Renaissance had such unprofessional staff to represent their branding ! It was a huge slip up in view of the brand that the management should take a serious look into it ! My feedback was highlighted to the Management when they sent an email to me and after which they don’t bothered to provide a reply. I presumed that they had no explanation or any improvement solution to offer which is disappointing! I must add that the actual ambience and food was fine in this hotel but the Workforce representing the brand is lacking and must be reviewed seriously .

The quality of this hotel is pretty high, the view is great and the executive lounge is worth the price bump I feel, the staff all speak English and provide good service. the bed is soft and everything is clean. the food outside of the executive lounge is not very good though, avoid the burger. the club sandwich is okay.

到店後房間暫時未清潔完畢,Nana熱情幫忙協助調房升級到高樓層房型,贈送了歡迎水果。晚上阿姨也很細心開夜床,告知第二天的天氣;晚上致電酒店作文城市訊息也非常的耐心講解,推薦。由於晚上樓上的房間有拖拽椅子沙發噪音,主動幫忙延遲退房。 退房前台小哥詢問入住體驗,去找全新房卡給我收集! 謝謝你們的熱情,服務很好👍🏿

我們去看刀郎演唱會,比較發愁的是演唱會結束人多時的交通。驚喜的是,萬麗酒店安排了中巴接送,要點一個大大的👍🏻。服務經理還組建了專門的羣,太貼心! 前台小張(忘問她的名字和工號了)的接待,那周到的“想客人之所想”……

一家三口5/2入住 住:行政大床升級到行政雙床(沒啥用),非會員提前郵件溝通了,沒有小童床圍,提供多一張被子。 吃:早餐一般般,無功無過。下午茶的糕點真的好吃,連續吃了兩個下午。晚餐中規中矩,上兩輪,人很多。晚上沒去到,9點過去服務員就在搞清潔了。 玩:詳情頁介紹了有遊樂場,去到被告知拆除了。。周邊更是沒有任何東西玩。
