“I had a wonderful experience during my visit! The service was exceptional — the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The facilities were top-notch, clean, and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable environment. The reception was friendly and amazing. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. Overall, I had a fantastic time and will definitely recommend this place to others!

Fantastic hotel Location: Very good and close to Nanjing South train station. Close to two huge malls, hence several options for eat outs. Good for night walks as well. Service : Great team Room : Clean and spacious. Amenities : Good swimming pool

Probably the nicest room throughout all the hotels we stayed in during our trip! This was an unexpected find as our original booking got cancelled by the hotel, and hence this was a replacement. But wonderful stay here! The room is neat and clean, the bed and pillow were very comfortable, hotel was accommodating to our requests (didn’t know that their WeChat chat thing works for requests too — ended up with double of what I requested, oops). The room was spacious and had enough space for 3 luggages PLUS ample walking space. Hotel also provided some complimentary drinks in the fridge as well. This hotel also has a gym and laundry area — complimentary use for hotel guests (which we appreciated it so much)! There’s some food downstairs and one of the shops that open till late night offers delivery up to the room. There’s also a mini mart nearby for things like snacks and beverages. It is a 5 mins walk from Nanjing South Railway Station (walk across the huge plain pathway and cross the road, one of the tall buildings there would be the hotel). We were so reluctant nearer to check out as it was so comfortable in the room! We had a great stay here and will definitely be a choice hotel to stay at if we return! PS. I love this hotel ! if I travel to Nanjing next time i will stay here again if i have 5 point i will give 10 ! hightly reccommend the room was nice with design and function *especially the toilet very hi-tech and comfortable, the location is the best ! very close to transportation node the last one .. I would say thank you to all staff because the staff very helpful and good service mind althought they not good at English but they try to communicate with me 😃

The hotel was very nice and clean, staff was helpful and we had a really good stay overall. As for the location it is very close to the south railway station of Nanjing so good to travel from but not the closest to visit the city. This is not a problem but it was very very hot during our stay which made the wall to the station quite an adventure. If you go in colder months then it will be for sure better. The room is instead cool and the AC works great, would recommend

Overall a good hotel with all the necessary amenities. The welcome snacks were a nice surprise. The stuff was friendly and kind. Breakfast was good and there was a variety of foods to choose from. It’s located near the metro station which makes it easy to access other parts of the city. It’s also one stop away from Nanjing South Railway Station which is very convenient for those coming in by train. Overall a good experience!

The hotel's suites are spacious and elegantly decorated. The soft beds and comfortable sofas reveal high quality in every detail. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and makes people feel attentive from check-in to check-out. The hotel is very convenient for transportation. If you drive here, parking is also very convenient. Downstairs is the prosperous Wanda, where shopping and entertainment are all available. If you want to keep fit during your trip, the hotel's gym is fully equipped; if you want to relax by swimming, the clear swimming pool can also meet your needs.

The hotel has an artistic atmosphere. There are many oil paintings in the hotel. You can appreciate the works of famous artists without going to the art gallery. It's great! The room is clean and tidy! The service is also super good! I will stay here again in the future!

Absolutely fabulous hotel for our family of 5. We had two rooms next to each other and the amenities were great with good room size with space for luggage and a place to sit. The staff were the highlight of our stay and it makes all the difference, they were gracious and polite and friendly and despite my very poor Mandarin attempts, they were always helpful with no eye rolls or patronizing tones. All the front desk staff were amazing from helping us to order late suppers to organizing some medicine for our sick child. The location was perfect for a morning stroll by the canal and close to one of the main gate wall. Highly recommended and we would come and stay again.

The room was very spacious and tidy, with daily cleaning and all the hygiene products restocked. Hotel is located just next to the beautiful touristic area and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. And they have lovely cats living in the hotel!
