Overall it's a wonderful experience staying at Central Hotel. I would like to call out the following amazing staffs: 前台 佳佳 小董 陈鹏 孙晨曦 陈鹏 very patiently and kindly helped to register for 南京博物馆 using her own mobile number. I am very grateful for such action. 佳佳 is very polite performing room check-in for me. 春梅 - 客房经理 王主管 - 客服主管 Housekeeping team is amazing. 王主管 responded to us very fast, when we provided feedback that the internet is very bad. 春梅 bothered to review the feedback that I have provided that the room is very stuffy. She contacted me the following day, and suggested to change to another room. I am greatly impressed by the teams involved. They really look at all feedback and comments.

This was the first hotel in China that made a strong impression on the exceptionally great service back when I was living in China back in 2009. Everything is effortless yet well thought of. I stayed at the Jinling Hotel 15 years ago with my wife. 15 years on we came back with our young children and the service remains as exceptionally impeccable. You can tell right from the GM (Mark) through to the front desk (Leo Huo) the service comes from the heart. Thank you Leo for taking care of me and my family during our short stay in Nanjing. Keep up the good work and looking forward to our next stay.

I highly recommend this hotel. Firstly the swimming pool is the best hotel swimming pool I've ever used. It is long, easily 20-25 metres and also wide, but shallow with no deep water. Perfect for relaxing lap swimming. And it is always supervised. One tip. You'll have to wear a swimming cap which they sell at the front desk of the swimming pool, so make sure you bring something to pay for it on your first swim. Secondly, the hotel's location (on top of the Zhuzhianglu metro station) is perfect for getting to all the best places and attractions. And on cold days and hot days you can access the metro (press -2 in the lift) without having to deal with the weather. Thirdly, the staff are amazing. Rachel, Brittany, William, Allen, could not do enough to help me during my stay. Lastly, the shops and restaurants in the two basement levels offer a level of convenience that I have not received anywhere else that I have stayed. I was able to buy all essentials and have delicious Chinese food, incredibly affordably and conveniently.

Delicious breakfast, attentive staff, business-like ambience, state of the art service. Location is ok. It's right next to the Pioneer Library, a very famous art library and is also within 30 minutes or so to other cool places like a water park, the Nanjing City Wall, Nanjing Eye (a bridge). Not many restaurant options nearby but the hotel foods is pretty good. There's a Japanese restaurant nearby and an Italian one called La Mia Casa is worth a visit. Very good hotel overall. No complaints except for costly dinner (148 RMB per person per buffet meal).

It is wonderful hotel with friendly receptionist and nice deco room. The breakfast and executive lounge foods very delicious. The location is in the centrum and near metro station. The room is quite big and with beautiful view. The indoor swim pool is big and clean. Everything's I met is good memory for me. I am sure I will come back when I visit Nanjing again.

The best place to sty in Nanjing! Beautiful, clean, comfortable room, pleasant, friendly and attentive service, and an absolutely gorgeous view from the 65th floor! The location is perfect, right next to Catherine park and Gulou metro station. I especially loved the bed, it was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. 100% recommend!

Overall, experience was quite good and service in Shangri-La live up to expectations! Location wise hotel is placed nearby metro station, walking distance around 300m. We were living on the 38 floor with good city overview. Room was clean and tidy, quite comfortable and convenient. There is a nice lobby bar with good choice of food and drinks, live music. Very wide choice of food at breakfast. There are things to mention for Shanghai-La to probably think of…firstly, breakfast time was quite crowded every day and some days we had to stand by to be seated, secondly, given the fact that it’s a five star hotel, cleanliness of breakfast area, as well as smell (ventilation wasn’t working properly) should be improved, last, but not least, we don’t understand table cleaning approach: staff moving around with a big trolley to clean up tables of the food waste just by throwing it to garbage bin while you are just a few steps away of that having breakfast, not even mentioning that there is no sorting at all, everything goes to same bins. Why not to clean the table by just removing dirty dinnerware and to do the rest in back house. With five star hotel I definitely would expect more attention to be paid for hygiene factors!

Service: The overall service is almost responsive. In the evening, the air conditioner was not working, so the staff sent four heaters. The shuttle bus waited for about three to five minutes in the morning, and there was a call to urge during the process. The hotel also needs to collect a deposit of 2,000? Now Ctrip rarely collects deposits. Facilities: It is not at the level of Marriott at all. The facilities of the 3,500 villa are not as good as those of the express hotel. The Buddha's Hand Villa we stayed in, the bathroom in Figure 6 is ridiculously small! The shower room can only stand one person at most. All the furniture in the room has been used for at least ten years, and it is not even as good as the facilities of 🍊 All Seasons, which is ridiculous... Hygiene: The vents in the closet are full of dust, and there are holes on the stools in the room. Safety: The most important thing is that the door in Figure 10 leads to the basement! The basement is like a maze and I don’t know if it will lead to the outside! ! As we all know, this is an open park. How is the safety of the guests guaranteed! ! In addition, all four rooms have doors leading to the terrace, which can be locked from the inside, but the terraces on the outside are separated by four beads, which can be opened by someone with intentions, which makes people feel insecure. . . The overall park environment is built on the mountain, and the air is very good. The environment is unique, but the facilities are really not good...People who have requirements for room facilities can take a detour.

The hotel is high-end and has a great environment. The front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially Xiao Zhao's front desk service is very thoughtful. The rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic, and the waiters are very polite. My family and I feel that the Fengchao is worthy of being the first choice in Nanjing, which is really great.
