The bad service rating is due o the bad room service that barely cleaned anything. But more negative was our experince at the reception. They became hyper cautious and nevous when they saw foreigners. They scaned our passports and took the obligatory pictures arround 10 times. That was pretty nervewrecking especially as the wanted us to endure this procedure everyday.
