I chose to visit Nanjing again and stayed at Xinjie Atour Hotel. Compared with the previous experience, I must praise their front desk service! As soon as I walked into the hotel, the front desk staff also handed me a cup of tea, which was fragrant and the fatigue of the journey dissipated at once. In addition, they also provide laundry delivery service, which is very practical for people who travel. Special praise for the front desk Qianmo, who was really meticulous and made people feel the care beyond expectations. Next time I come to Nanjing, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The hotel is in a great location, convenient to everywhere, the room is quite big, well-organized, with everything you need, toiletries are very useful, and it's great to have your own parking lot! It's not convenient to drive in this area, just park your car in the parking lot and walk to do things!

The front desk took the initiative to upgrade the geometry suite. The environment is very good. The bedding does not have any disinfectant smell, and the disposable slippers do not have a pungent smell. The sound insulation is also good. The flushing sound next door is very small. The air conditioning is very powerful. I don't feel cold in winter. I will stay here next time.

The room facilities are old, not the usual decoration style of Atour. It looks like an old guesthouse that has been renovated for the second time. The parent-child room we stayed in was not as good as the lowest-grade room. There was only one room facing south and it was the last room. The other room types were all on the shady side. It was very cold. The warm air was turned to the maximum but it was not very warm. It was also dry. The front desk helped to get an electric heater. I woke up with a dry throat! The soundproofing in the room was extremely poor. I could hear the cough next door clearly. It was so noisy at twelve o'clock in the night that I couldn't sleep. It started to be noisy at more than six o'clock in the morning. I really don't know if they came to travel or get up early. There were guests smoking in the corridor of the hotel. There was a huge smell of smoke. The linen cart must be parked in the corridor every day! The location is not the best. If you want to go to eat, you have to walk at least 400 meters. The surrounding transportation is not convenient. It is okay to ride a bike or take a taxi! I have stayed in Atour in many cities, and this one is the worst!

The room facilities are great, the bedding is comfortable, the pillows are especially good, and I slept like a baby all night. The breakfast is rich in variety, including duck blood vermicelli soup, tofu brain, freshly made noodles, and very good freshly ground coffee. The service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. Full marks!
