Ruangan itu bersih dan fasilitas baru. Sangat cukup dan santai. Layanan yang baik dan bahkan jika mereka tidak berbicara bahasa Inggris, kami tidak memiliki masalah komunikasi. Pasti saya akan merekomendasikannya.

Great location. Clean. The only downside was no air conditioning. They said it wasn't working, so brought us fans, but it was pretty hard to sleep in the heat. Great front desk staff! Close to the lake and park.

Location is easily accessible to key tourist attractions. Breakfast spread is great. Room is clean and affordable.

Comfortable, sizeable room located close to old town and near the conference I was attending. Staff was efficient and kind (although needed a little help checking in passport-holding guests). To be fair, I believe the room came with a warning, but there is absolutely NO soundproofing and we could easily hear neighbors and people in the hallway, so bring earplugs if you need silence to sleep. Beds are on the harder side (normal for China). Breakfast is standard Chinese, which I personally enjoy, but others may not.

10 minutes away from metro station but still convenient to stay as nearby has many shops and restaurants. Service was good and kind also

Excellent service. Located near the lake and next to some good restaurants. Just a bit of an uphill walk to and from the nearest metro

Check-In: Was fast and easy. Took the minimal amount off time. But the front desk wasn’t too experienced with members privileges. Thus making it a below average experience. Hygiene: The cleanliness is average, a bit dusty. And the carpets have seen better days. Breakfast : Is decent, enough to choose from. Beds: Are very comfortable.

Location is very convenient, we walked or took taxi to important places. Hotel is clean.

I was very happy to find a hotel that accommodates foreigners, especially recently with COVID. The shower water wasn’t very hot but still comfortable to use. The cleanliness is very good. I really liked the style of the room. The bathroom is separated so that sink is outside the bathroom. For the breakfast buffet, there were lots of options.
