Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Nanjing

Continuing from where I left or from my previous submitted comments: overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable (mainly due to the friendliness + helpfulness of hotel staff) therefore we extended our stay and spent a few more days in Nanjing. Rooms were cosy enough but perhaps (just a personal opinion) more options can be made available - a queen size bed coupled with a single (currently the trend) sofa beds in most of those Holiday Inn rooms, instead of a standard sofa (perfect for small families) plus pay per view offerings. Not forgetting free breakfast coupons for three (since we booked as and indicated three pax) my 5cts worth, my many years of moonlighting as a mystery shopper for an American company.. So to say that, in this review is a truly four star rating for a “four star hotel” but the final verdict is a three star score. All shortcomings were resolved by the team (the people) hotel amenities and etc. Definitely room for improvements and my mission to deliver truthful, useful and accurate information (for the sake of future potential guests)

The room is clean and tidy. The front desk staff Xiao Lai and the room service staff are warm and thoughtful. We are very satisfied with the room they arranged. Out of trust in the brand, I choose Hilton Garden Inn almost every time I go out. Each city has its own local characteristics, and the standards are generally the same. I feel that it can basically meet the needs of guests, whether it is a business trip or a tourist. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western food, with a good combination of meat and vegetables. With the addition of local flavors, it can fully meet the needs of different guests. Parking is very convenient, and charging is convenient. Recommended

Location: The hotel has a superior geographical location, convenient transportation, and complete surrounding supporting facilities. The breakfast is very rich, the hotel is clean and tidy, suitable for travel and business trips, highly recommended, the staff's service is warm and heartwarming, overall very satisfied. The mall, go out to eat barbecue street at night, it is very lively, go back to the hotel to rest after dinner, it's a wow day

The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful. The room they arranged was very quiet and they reminded me to close the windows when I checked in. The room was clean and tidy, spacious and bright without any odor. The toiletries in the bathroom were very useful, and the sink also had hand soap and lotion, which was very considerate. The hotel facilities were very complete, free parking, and the front desk would send out parking coupons to scan the code for deduction, which was super convenient. The hotel environment was also very good, and there were many things to eat and drink around. By the way, the front desk also delayed check-out if needed, which was a very good experience.

The hotel is clean and tidy and comfortable, and the service is intimate. I will call to consult the demand before check-in. Because it is a newly opened hotel, I am worried about the smell. The hotel staff immediately arranged an air purifier to the room, sent the fruit to the room, and arranged the itinerary for reference. When I checked out, I also sent a small gift to the children. The children liked it very much. The standard business office is also one of my first choices. This hotel is very recommended to stay. The experience is very good. 👍
