Great experience! Great experience! Impeccable experience! There is a private hot spring room where you can enjoy the snow and outdoor scenery. There are also free drinks and wine in the hotel lobby, which is great! The hotel also has snow bikes for rent. You can ride them to visit Onuma Park. It is so beautiful and relaxing!

I stayed in two rooms for two nights, one was an executive room and the other was an outdoor hot spring room. I personally prefer the outdoor hot spring room! It was really a blessing to soak in the hot spring in the snow. The environment of the breakfast room was beautiful! The dinner menus for the two days were different, and the dishes were made with great care! All the staff I met anywhere in the hotel would greet me very kindly! In short, it was great!

We encountered a snowstorm that only happens once every ten years in Hakodate. After getting off at Onuma Park Station, we dragged our suitcases about 200 meters in the snow and wind to reach the hotel. Every corner was so beautiful. Tsuruga's products must be top-notch.

This is the most satisfying hotel on this trip. The location is excellent. It's about a seven or eight minute walk from JR Onuma Park Station. We were pulling our suitcases and looking for the way that day. An uncle from the hotel saw us and came to greet us. The hotel is inside the park. The service is very meticulous. The supplies in the room were introduced one by one, and they also found the right size of clothes and shoes for my husband and children. The private bath room I booked included dinner and breakfast. It was so comfortable to soak in the hot spring while looking at the snow scene. The dinner and breakfast were also delicious. I will go there again in the future

The price including breakfast and dinner during the Chinese New Year is more than 5,000. I don't know if the dinner is Western food, which is average for Chinese stomachs. The breakfast is suitable. It is close to the attractions near the station. The private hot spring in the room is a bit disappointing. After soaking, the glass is fuzzy and you can't see the snow scene at all. So the ordinary room is enough. The service, hygiene and environment are all good.

Environment: Located near Onuma Park, quiet and comfortable. The hotel has a wooden boardwalk leading to the lake, into a no-man's land in the ice and snow. Transportation: The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off from Hakodate Airport and Hakodate JR Station. You can also get off at JR Onuma Koen Station, which is a 5-minute walk away. Service: The service staff are very enthusiastic and can use translation software to assist communication.
