Good solid performance, and better than that for the price. Shower was not good. Don't take the meal option, go down to the restaurant and order from the menu. Nice people.

I travel for business & leisure into africa regularly, 6-7 nights per month, and feel very impressed with Maple Inn in comparison to other experiences I’ve had in Africa. The website’s promise and experience align, the hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and easy to engage with in english, the room I rented was clean, bedding white and clean, shower water warm and food tasty and well prepared. I would strongly recommend this hotel to friends and family looking for a 3-star visit and safe stay in Nairobi, Kenya’s Maple Inn Hotel. 9.5/10 score. The only improvement I would recommend is the upgrade of the toilet and restroom cleanliness and ventilation I also presented a full 4 day business conference with a senior management team and the conference facilities was well equipped with technology and functional. the conference room however do not have airconditioning, and at times the room temperature was 4-5 degrees celcius too warm. I’m happy overall and will give the conference 7,5/10

Met a gentleman by the name of Arnold who was patient with us throughout our stay, we gave him a wishlist of what we needed in the morning and he fulfilled it and saved us quite alot of time since we were in a rush, so the management of this place should know they have a gem 💎 when it comes to ambassadorial duties
