My wife was celebrating her birthday- The team here went out of their way to surprise and surpass our expectations. From the time we stepped into the reception,we were given a very warm welcome by the receptionist on duty, Rosemary walked us to our table, our waitress Teresia, we loved her service, Audrey the restaurant manager was always checking on us….The experience was so good, the sirloin steak and mbuzi choma were a perfect combination for that night..A big thank you to all the staff and management Oh!! The GM also joined the team in singing birthday songs to my wife as they presented a piece of cake to her as well…Quite a gesture indeed! We highly recommend this place.

Had a very lovely experience at the Sayari restaurant. The surrounding was great! It doesn’t get too crowded, and that helps a lot if you are looking for a relaxed set up! The food was amazing and the service was excellent ( special thanks to Teresia and Chelsea who made us feel at home!) Would definitely go back severally!

I had a really enjoyable experience at Prideinn Westlands, with a lovely ambiance for photo sessions, big up to Teresia waitress who was very alert and professional with Keziah hostess who had a great food knowledge, professionalism and warm smile, we had samosa platter which was very tasty ,juicy steaks and drinks. can't wait to come back again!

The cozy restaurant has left the best impression. Very friendly, helpful and courteous staff shout out to Keziah and Charles such awesome souls. The ambiance is to die for, we had a sumptuous breakfast which was beautifully presented. The service is unmatched, the food is absolutely amazing everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Highly recommend!

Came for breakfast meeting with friends and we loved the service. Keziah is a great and eloquent waitress, hospitality is not just about serving food, it's about serving souls. I would recommend anyone looking for ambience this is the place to be.

Charles did a very good job serving my group over a late lunch. He brought our orders as per the menu. Although the orders may have delayed slightly, the food was tasty. I'd love if you could have the outdoor burners for cold evenings

Came for a birthday lunch and I loved the service. Charles is a great waiter, very alert, speedy and pleasant. I would recommend anyone looking for a relaxed afternoon or evening to come here with their family or friends. Although the food could be better especially the steak, quite salty. But all in all I’m happy
