My 2nd stay here. Nice, clean hotel with great breakfast. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

It nice and clean but the price is a bit high as compared to other hotels in the same categories. I still recommend it for busy business people.

The staff were very attentive and polite. Will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and will be staying in the future.

房間設施乾淨整潔，服務特別好，早餐比較豐富。攜程服務也比較到位，因為要預訂酒店的接機，客服告知了酒店郵箱，並編輯好了郵件內容。

全部で3日間の予定でしたがとても立地がよくハウスクリーニングもとても綺麗なのでもう一泊泊まる事にしました！ お風呂の水の水圧もしっかり出ますし、お湯もちゃんと出ます。 フロントの方もみんな優しいです。 フロントは24時間やっているので安心です

근처 다른 호텔에 비해 방의 크기가 커서 사용하기가 편리 했고, 직원들이 친절하여 편안하게 즐길수 있었다.

Rooms are excellently attended to by the house keepers. Also I was happy with the assistance I received from Hellen and Milka. The roof top is excellent with an amazing view of West Lands. I liked how I was welcomed warmly and checked into the room quickly.

It was good. Great experience. Carol gave me the menu with fantastic and kind gesture . Milker served me with an open heart loved that! The place is nice and quiet great place to be calm and cool . Nice views if the buildings such as gtc from here .

Prideinn azure is the bestie Hotel in term's of conference,,I had nice stay in room's and conference the reception services are just amazing through the guidance of hellen and her fellow colleagues just made us feel the warmth of prideinn azure.

When I am at the hotel, checked in pretty late but I was helped with the security at the lobby that carried my luggage and greeted me with a smile and directed to the reception where I given a well welcome to the hotel and he checked me in. His name was chris and he directed to the lift which was so nice and generous.. In the morning , I was greeted by Nicodemus Danson , hellen and Jane who organized the conference room where the meeting was happening and kept on checking on everyone's well being Good smiles and good services is what you get at pride inn Azure.

Jane kiura was excellent!From the reception all the way to the actual and after event.Great service, great food,great ambience. Kind,timely and assisted explore the available options.Food portions were generous,drinks well done,and generally quite cozy.

The service was great. I enjoyed the sip &paint 😊. Would recommend 👌. Being the first painting experience, the facilitators were a great help. My friend and I enjoyed ourselves. The cocktails and biting were tasty and well presented. I'll be back.

Very good customer service at the hotel with staff going out of their way to offer help. Kitaa at the desk really helped me out and is very kind.conference facilitiesvis top notch and the hotel is very classy. I will surely visit again soon. Kind regards
