Everything is good. All the staff is very nice. The breakfast was very varied (continental but also local food). The swimming pool on the roof is great if the day is warm.

The hotel is ok, price performance ratio is ok. the kitchen is very good. only the location is a bit out of the way. All hotel employees are very nice and willing to help. Except for a young man at the reception, I've never experienced anything like that before, something so unpleasant. That was the only negative thing about my stay.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights on 07 March 2024. The room were very clean I even left a tip for the room cleaner for the first time in my life. Really, Everything was lovely, breakfast, food on rooftop restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definately I will be coming back. Happy customer, Kate😃

Participating in the project business negotiation meeting is relatively close to the foreign unit, and choosing to stay in this hotel also shows our identity. This hotel is also the most luxurious hotel in the city, with first-class facilities and first-class service. Breakfast was excellent, and Ctrip prices were moderate.

It was my first time to stay EKA. I arrived 8 hours before check-in time, having made a booking for one night. Unfortunately, my connection flight was on the same day, meaning that I wasn't spending a night in the Hotel. So grateful to have been allowed early check-in at no additional cost. A plus on flexibility of hotel management. Staff were generally warm, professional and willing to help. I will certainly be back!

My stay was amazing, great hotel the hotel safe were very helpful great staff, breakfast was delicious choice of meal and fruits all fresh , the in house amenities was fantastic, and the location was really nice for me . Loved the warm friendliness, the comfortable room, great breakfast, and the view of zebra and ostrich at the nearby waterhole. Only surprise during our entire stay, start to finish, was the poor quality of the brewed coffee at breakfast. Kenya's coffee is better than that! We'll be back, to try the coffee again!!

We booked a five day stay at Sarova Stanley and honestly it was the best decision. From the moment we arrive, we are greeted warmly by the staff and took care right away of our baggages. Upon entry they took care of us with warm towels and refreshments which was absolutely lovely. We arrived early at the hotel at 11am inspite of the check in time of 2pm they immediately processed everything as they gave us consideration because we are travelling with an infant, we are so lucky and did I mention we were given an upgrade! We were always looking forward to breakfast as the food is chef's kis. Location is amazing Pool is always cleaned and not crowded at all. The staffs are very attentive to your needs. Stanley Sarova is indeed a stort to tell and I highly recommend staying especially with family. I highly recommend to stay on this hotel.

Since the situation in Kenya is not so good, it is impossible to take a walk around the hotel. Exercising outside the hotel is not possible. There is no supermarket around the hotel, so purchasing miscellaneous goods is not possible. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. There is a simple playground for children in the hotel yard.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is Carrefour nearby. The staff are also very friendly and recommend this hotel to stay in Nairobi. In addition, the surrounding area of ​​the hotel is also very safe, so there is no need to worry about anything happening.
