Hotel dekat Giraffe manor, Nairobi

We booked a five day stay at Sarova Stanley and honestly it was the best decision. From the moment we arrive, we are greeted warmly by the staff and took care right away of our baggages. Upon entry they took care of us with warm towels and refreshments which was absolutely lovely. We arrived early at the hotel at 11am inspite of the check in time of 2pm they immediately processed everything as they gave us consideration because we are travelling with an infant, we are so lucky and did I mention we were given an upgrade! We were always looking forward to breakfast as the food is chef's kis. Location is amazing Pool is always cleaned and not crowded at all. The staffs are very attentive to your needs. Stanley Sarova is indeed a stort to tell and I highly recommend staying especially with family. I highly recommend to stay on this hotel.

Very comfortable hotel to live in. The security check in the store is very strict and safe. The front desk service is warm and meticulous. There are more breakfast styles. The dinner price is OK and tastes good.

Hotel location is very good, the lobby on the first floor is also very good, there is a bar, there is a cafe, the hot water in the room is a bit unstable.

Everything is good. All the staff is very nice. The breakfast was very varied (continental but also local food). The swimming pool on the roof is great if the day is warm.

The room is very big and comfortable! I highly recommend it. If you are on a business trip here next time, this hotel is my first choice! It is very important to stay comfortably when going to such a far place. I recommend it!

I have set two nights, but the order is booked separately. The room type is higher than the previous night and the price is high. However, the hotel said that it is the same type of room, the next day does not give room adjustment, it is too much, not to change the brand.

Faye with housekeeping was friendly and kept the room nice and clean. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. As a an athlete and swimmer, it was nice to have an adequate pool to exercise in. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the different choices. As an extensive traveler I think this hotel is overpriced for the offering. I might consider staying again if the room rate is lower.

Service: There were some frictions but they were all solved well. One time I rang the doorbell too quickly and someone suddenly came in and then left immediately. The front desk was able to arrange for us to check in early. It feels like it's a big apartment, so it took a while to communicate and solve the problem, which is also a common problem in serviced apartments. I think the ladies at the front desk should be given a salary increase to make up for their lack of logistics staff. The ladies at the front desk really add points. Facilities: There are two elevators to go upstairs, and you need to swipe your card, which is safer. Location: Very good, there are restaurants downstairs, which is very suitable for families to live in, and it is also convenient to take a taxi. Hygiene: The quilt in the room is very comfortable, but I think the pillow is a bit high.

The overall accommodation experience in Africa is indeed a bit sour 😜. JW is definitely cost-effective in Africa! Although Africa is not short of old luxury hotels (the prices are also eye-popping 🤐). But JW can definitely be called a new star in high-end hotels in Africa. The hotel building is a Gemini glass curtain wall with a modern architectural style. It is also a new landmark in Nairobi now (and we can proudly say that this hotel was built by our Chinese company)! ! ! 😁😁😁 The decoration and hardware maintain JW's consistent high standards and high taste, while also incorporating African style. The gifts with African characteristics in the handicraft sales area are also sold at a conscience price. It is said that they are carefully selected by big names in various African countries, and the price is very affordable. If you want to buy handicrafts and gifts, it is recommended to choose from JW first. I really feel that I am wasting time after visiting N legendary handicraft markets and flea markets. They are completely incomparable to JW. The most important thing is that the goods are genuine and you don’t have to worry about buying expensive or fake goods! ! ! (I always suspect that JW is worried that its guests will be cheated, so it specially helps guests to screen so many good things in advance), because the price is really touching, and I thought I heard it wrong several times, because it is cheaper than the market! ! ! The breakfast is very international and can basically meet the different tastes of guests from all over the world. It is recommended to go early, because there are really too many types, and you can’t taste them in a short time... 😅😅😅. There are several specialty restaurants from different countries for dinner, American steakhouse, Asian fusion cuisine, the dishes are excellent, and the decoration design is also very innovative! I really love the spa and the traditional Kenyan tendon massage opposite the hotel. I still can't leave after three consecutive massages... I strongly recommend to experience it. It's a rare relaxation during the journey. After the massage, you can definitely be fully revived! ! ! The Golden Key helped us customize the perfect travel route. We could have gone to Masai Mara to chase the Big Five of Africa and gallop across the vast African savannah... (childhood dream) Unfortunately, we caught up with the once-in-a-century flood in Kenya, so we didn't get on JW's handsome mecha tank 😂😂😂. Because the hotel has just opened, the linens are all new and the mattresses are very comfortable. The coffee downstairs is Kenyan coffee. After drinking it, I feel that the so-called Kenyan coffee I drank before is all made of beans? It is full of floral and fruity aroma, and it doesn't taste like coffee. Desserts must be eaten! ! ! Exquisite and delicious! Finally, a big surprise: Jacky, the manager of this hotel, is Chinese! ! ! Check in or need any assistance, just find Jacky!!! Don't be shy to find him, Jacky is so reliable and professional!!! He has super professional knowledge of hotels, there is no question that can be asked, and he actually knows all the well-known companies and brands in all industries!!! It is common sense that Marriott's hotel training system is well done, but the knowledge capacity of senior management is too terrible!!! If you are interested in the hotel industry, you must find this great god to chat when you have the chance! A rare learning opportunity!!! It's a pity that I forgot to take more photos of the hotel interior, and only took some photos of the breakfast restaurant, so it may not reflect the excellence of JW.
