Wonderful experience staying at villa astoria. Best location and best staff. I recommend this hotel as the location is prime.

The room was very poor and it was given on the behind of the lake. It felt like a jail as it was too small with no facility

Property is situated in prime location on mall road. Hotel room is good. Staff is very cooperative with good behaviour.

Excellent location and helpful staff. Food is good and restaurant is great with an awesome view. Place is fine.

Villa astoria is located opposite the boat house club. My room had a view of the lake and the statue of the great g. B pant. ) the rooms were clean and cozy. The staff is extremely warm. They helped arrange cabs and gave information on whatever our queries were about. Pavan and dheeraj were great hosts. Naina devi temple, the flats where cricket matches take place, boating ghats, etc are all walkable from the hotel. To top it all up, the food at their rooftop cafe was just amazing! thank you guys. Hope to visit again soon.

It was not worth the money. We booked this hotel for 4 nights. It is different what is shown. No car parking. No service. Apart from location it had nothing to offer. Breakfast was horrible. They did not provide bottled water. Rooms are really small and not maintained. It had bed bugs and cockroaches all over. The property isn't maintained at all.

Hotel is excellent and staff are good their services are excellent. One feedback- room size is little small other than that everything was perfect

I selected this property because of the reviews in this platform most of which are totally wrong and biased because of the request of the staff who except one are well behaved and good which is the only one positive point about this hotel. The rooms are too small, congested and without any proper ventilation. You can feel like you are in the notorious cellular jail of andamans. There are big wooden planks across the room and toilet which can give you serious injuries if you are a bit careless. There is no lift and you have to use the congested stairs. This hotel is worth if it is given in 500-750 prize band. For breakfast you have no choice there is aloo porotta and pickle with curd. And of course omelet is also possible. It is from an independent roof top restaurent which they say attached to the hotel, but actually i don't believe it. My advise is if you are with family never book it. If you are alone and do not bother about value for money and cleanliness of room and bed linen and towels book it. I have nothing against the staff esp pawan the manager who tried his best to help us but within the limited scope of this hotel.
