Hotel is at prime location near to nainital lake with parking and staff is also supportive, recommended.

The bathroom was not upto the expectation. The extra bed was in very poor condition. People were not humble and helpful. Delay in providing any type of services that we asked for. Amenities were also not there like electric cattle and asked for water but they did not provide at all.

The hotel is on the height, no lake side view even hotel is a little bit far from the lake. Some upgrades are needed in the hotel. An unpleasant smell in the washroom.
