This hotel should be given a negative score. I am responsible for my review and hope to help more people. First of all, I booked it because it was marked as opening in 2024. This price does not include dinner and is more expensive than Baimingjialan and Hailikelani. It turned out to be an old hotel that has not been renovated and closed and reopened. Second, the downstairs of this building is wooden, either nearby or downstairs. My room is not the closest. As long as it is written as a sunset suite, the partitions are wooden floors and are downstairs without exception. I arrived at 12:30 noon and checked in early in the heavy rain. I didn't go to the balcony to see that the sofa in the room was dirty, the head of the bed was cracked, and the floor tiles were dirty. I saw that it opened in 2024. I complained about false advertising and submitted photos to compensate me. The staff came to visit and said that this was an old hotel and they were not aware of the opening in 2024. They apologized for the obvious problems in the room but could not do anything. For the old and broken, he thought it was normal by his standards. I said that I stayed in a fast hotel and the toilet could flush automatically and I had never seen such dirty floor tiles. It was a waste of my time. The hotel has nothing to do with high-end. The quality of the teacups and kettles is the same as that of a budget hotel. The toilet is not smart, and the bathtub is too shallow and not as good as a budget hotel. The tag on the pajamas is piercing my neck, the bedside table has no central control and I have to turn off the items one by one, and the alarm clock is not silent. There are very few buffet items for breakfast. The lounge put a few items as if it was a joke. For dinner, I went to the cheaper side for a buffet. There were actually three staff members chatting. The food was almost like a relief meal, and it cost 8,000 yen. I had robatayaki at the Hyatt for 9,000 yen. The difference in the quality of these two meals is so big that one represents the extremely high level of Okinawa and the other represents the extremely low level. The staff here are warm and thoughtful, but compared with the service of Halekulani, it is nothing, because there is nothing wrong with the service of Halekulani except the light leakage from the curtains. The quality of the buffet is excellent, and the service of the Japanese restaurant should be said to be attentive. The welcome drink has opened up a huge gap, and it is not at the same level at all. We came here with my family and we are all very satisfied. Although the hardware is a bit "retro" and not as digital as in China, I really like the island resort style here. The swimming pool is very good. There are no children in the main club building, which is very suitable for adults to vacation. The dining in the executive lounge at any time is incomparable to the first-floor hotels in China. The shuttle service with the terrace building is available on call, which is not bad.

Very good service. Ken at the front desk is attentive, courteous and respectful to the guests. He also remembers every guest's needs. When we went on the cruise ship and the underwater observation deck, he also asked us how we were having fun, so he treated every guest as a VIP. Also, there was a chance of thunder and rain when we went there, but because we were going with an elderly person and wanted to take a cruise to watch the sunset, he also helped us fight for it. In the end, we were able to charter a boat to watch the sunset at a reasonable price. Every time we go to different places, we will be driven in a luxurious seven-passenger car because our family is composed of five adults.  All in all, I feel at home

The Terrace Busena Club at Busena is wider than Busena and has a better view. A quiet place where children are not allowed to stay. There are few types of breakfast, but the oranges that you grind yourself are awesome, especially with special sauces. I couldn't go to the jet pool for two days due to time constraints. There is no parking lot, so I asked if they would valet me, and they charged 1000 yen per day. It's more expensive here where the wind blows stronger, but it's worth going.

The hotel environment and services are very good. The happy hour atmosphere is good. For dinner, you can go to the neighboring hotel of the same group. There are many good restaurants. This is very suitable for tourists who like to be quiet without hearing the noise of children.
