Beautiful hotel! Very nice location and hotel! Breakfast top!

Visited today and waited five minutes for any sort of acknowledgment. Then the member of staff finished laying her table before coming to take our order. We asked for an Americano and a large Greek coffee and were brought an Americano and a filter coffee. Again we tried to attract attention to rectify this and in the end had to go and speak to a member of the waiting staff. No apology was offered. The Americano was indifferent, although the long awaited Greek coffee was ok. The floor around our seating area was littered with discarded napkins. When the time came to settle up we were yet again unable to attract anyone's eye, and eventually had to go into the cafe building where two members of staff talked to each other the whole time we were paying. None of the staff were friendly, welcoming or, as evident from our experience, efficient. Maybe they were resentful at having to work on Easter Sunday. My one star is for the palatial and beautifully kept toilets and the friendly cleaner whose lovely smile will be my only pleasant memory from the whole sad experience.

We spent a night here during our recent trip to Greece. The hotel was centrally located right on the water in the heart of town. The rooms were on the smaller side but nicely appointed. Everything was clean and the service was very good. There was a nice bar inside the hotel. The included breakfast was fine but not exceptional.

This is a beautiful historic hotel with a view of the sea and situated right in town. It is an excellent location and walking distance to everything. We had one of the family/loft rooms on the top floor and it was very spacious for 2 adults & one 12 year old child. It had a big living area with a canopy bed and a sofa bed. This room did not have a view, only if you peek out the skylights but it was very clean and huge compared to the size of many other hotel rooms in Greece. Situated close walking distance to many restaurants & shops so super convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean. The buffet breakfast was good, especially the donuts. Only drawback is no parking so you need to park your car in one of the city lots down the street along the water. If it is busy it will be a long walk back to the hotel after dropping off your luggage. Nafplio is a beautiful town to visit and we will definitely stay at this hotel again if we go back there.

Great location and a classic hotel with old world charm, stayed for Teo nights and would have loved to have stayed longer. I had one of the three attic rooms on the top floor. And they are huge rooms with a big bed and a sofa as well as two skylights. Also great views of the waterfront and the castle. There is a big bathroom with a shower over the bath. Quite comfortable. Breakfast was included with a good choice of hot & cold food. Wifi is reasonable fast, TV only has one English station. Staff are helpful. Really feels like Greece!! Loved it.

One of the best places to stay in Nafplio. Mesmerizing views, great service, good food, and beautiful, spacious romantic rooms. Location is fantastic as its near all activities in town, shopping, restaurants and the beach.. Well done to this great family for making our stay unforgetable!!🇬🇷🇬🇷❤️❤️

I booked most expensive hotel in old town for special stay after excellent stay in Kalamata. A 3* hotel with very stiff personnel, reminding me of the old times in Greece of the 90-ies! Personnel brutally interrupted my daughter's breakfast of at sharp 10:30, ordering her to go! And there was only 1 table they were serving! We asked for an omlette with feta cheese, sth standard everywhere in a 4* worldwide: answer no! It's not on the menu! Rooms ok but black mold around the bath. Romm also very cold despite swiching off aircon and shutting window. Obwiously it was not working! Altogether, just avoid, no valie for money!
