The stay here was lovely, wonderful. Clean place. Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue we had was the phone calls to reception was not answered. Unsure why but it would ring and ring and ring and no one picks up. As we were abit far from the reception area... Im an emergency it could be a problem. Luckily there was none but I think they need to look into it.Luckily there was none but I think they need to look into it. But otherwise we had a great stay.. I would recommend the massage too... Best decision we could have made. The girls did great.

I think the hotel overall is pretty good. The breakfast was good, the TAVU restaurant which serves grill food was excellent. The view from the hotel is definitely great. However, WIFI service has to be charged, the dinner buffet was disappointed and horrible, and more importantly the hotel itself is kinda old that the facilities in the room are broken or nearly broken. Definitely renovation is needed.

The bure was a lovely unique mix of modern facilities and a nice bungalow aesthetic. The staff were very friendly and the resort is very nice at night but if you're heading into town or to Port Denarau do be prepared for significant taxi fares.

Quite happy with my stay, Doubletree is ideal for a solo retreat in a quiet place or for family, you’ll find both peace and leisure activities for families. Excellent service and helpful staff, I stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it, the staff accommodated me with early checkout and late breakfast.

It was a nice stay for the last 2 nights of the holiday because it is only 30 minutes from the airport. Lovely pool, service could be quicker.

We are not very happy with place because we had mouse running around in our room. They charge us extra for new year party.

Incredible hotel, fantastic location and super friendly staff. Great location if you’re looking to relax, Fiji time! Gym has everything you could need, cafe, restaurants, entertainment, gym, tennis courts, beach and they offer water sports and activities on campus as well as convenient and easy experiences to book. We even booked a day out and a boat came to the beach inform of our room and picked us up. Amazing place, safe to say we didn’t want to go home.

Where do I begin. Bungalows have a roach problem. Rats have eaten some of the sugar sachets. Bathroom floors are uneven causing the water to pool around the toilet floor. Not forgetting the second drain in the bathroom that overflows and leaks out. Dust mites and bed bugs. Room service forgets to restock towels, milk, tea, coffee and etc, you literally have to call reception 5 or 6 times to even get them to give you things. Beddings and pillows covers are NEVER changed, they are never even washed (our stay was for 5 nights and beddings/pillow covers were never changed). And since the rooms are usually dark the beddings never get to see sun light either. So if your skin is sensitive or you have eczema, be prepared to be itchy. This place is a filth, and to think this is Hilton's standard. Go elsewhere where you presence will be valued.

It was really nice time to enjoy and stay here! The villa is really nice and clean. I could stay without any thinking of insects! You could enjoy whole island! It was really fantastic to use the small boat from hotel to small dock area. The staffs are really nice and friendly to provide the best service. Although it is far away from the port of Denarau, you could stay and eat inside the resort to all. I would recommend this hotel for traveler who wants to stay in resort and relax. The restaurant and bar are nice, and their food was diecious. I would like to visit here once again!

Too dark in a room. Asked for staff 2 times for complimentary slippers and said yes. However never sent them to my room.
