Ulasan Blue Lagoon Beach Resort

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Meals are delicious. It's a nice experience to stay at blue lagoon, I'll definitely go back again in the future. The resort has different activities every day and have trip to the sawa-i-lau cave some days or can climb the mountain. Highly recommend.

Loved the resort, our villa on the beach was amazing.

Snacks available in between breakfast/lunch/dinner would be great if people like us are hungry all the time 😂 visit to the sawa i lau cave is a must and trekking the mountain to catch the sunset.

門前的海是酒店最大的優勢，太美了，晴天有四五個顏色，有好多魚，淺水區就能看到，珊瑚不用走太遠也能看到。酒店三餐不錯（西式），早餐是一個主菜（自點）+水果麪包牛奶酸奶自助，中餐是一個主萊，晚餐是三道式（幾種菜自選一樣）+湯，飲用水全天就在餐枱免費自助供應，贊！小型酒店的優勢是服務特別貼心，你能感受到所有員工的親切善良，象朋友一樣窩心！硬件方面，空調是松下的，新，製冷快，洗澡水水壓很大很熱，這對在海里進進出出特別重要，洗浴用品質量很好。總之，在這裏度過了美好的假期，每天在門前這片海里忙進忙出，希望以後再來！返回主島時，下雨，酒店將我們的大行李箱用更大的防雨袋包紮好，等我們回到丹娜堯碼頭時，卸下的一車車行李中，我們是唯一行李做了防雨保護的。感謝！

總體，服務還行，三餐全包，前方的風景實在是好，海為至少是四色海，另外最好的在於既提供大毛巾，也提供大浴巾，説是beach towel，公共衞生間也很整潔，另外公共浴室也給力，可以洗到熱水澡，但估計villa等單間性價比並不高。

先説優點： 位置好，在yasawa羣島比較好的區域，沙灘細膩，海水顏色分層，自然環境沒得説，棒！ 再説普遍情況： yasawa羣島上大多數度假村都有強制包餐計劃，這個在訂房前會有提前説明，餐費是過去現付。這家的價格是每人每天159斐幣（三餐）。 接下來是缺點： 1. 島上蚊蟲較多，不過原生態的大環境都這樣，可以理解，建議帶足驅蚊水上島即可。 2. 住的花園別墅（雙卧），我們這間和隔壁那間都是一間有正規空調，一間是臨時製冷機，臨時的那間機器聲音超級大，嗡嗡嗡一個晚上，睡覺輕的慎選。 3. 重點吐槽：這家的退房時間是早上9:30-10:30之間，然而入住時沒有任何人以口頭或書面方式告之。 到了退房當天早上9點多，酒店強行讓客人們離開去酒店休息區等待（下島的船是中午1點到酒店門口碼頭）。在我們的堅持下，酒店給安排了一間臨時的waiting room，可以待到12點。 後來和其它客人聊天才知道（問了三四家），大家在入住時都沒有被告之退房時間（有一位在退房前一晚在床上看到了酒店放的書面通知單，所以提前半天知道了這事），很多人一大早都匆匆忙忙很尷尬😅。 和攜程反饋了這件事，攜程處理很積極，也努力作出了補償，現在已更新了酒店的退房時間。 但是酒店這種服務態度，訂這家的要謹慎考慮😅

環境非常美，服務人員都很熱情，北島的海真的比南邊還要美太多太多，真的太喜歡了有機會可能還會回去

這個價位最不好的酒店，沒服務，沒活動，衹能窩在酒店 完全坑人

服務非常好，餐食美味可以點餐，服務人員親切周到，風景秀麗，門口海灘即可游泳浮潛

Blue lagoon is a place to remember. Rizi, Josh went the extra mile with not just service, but they’re genuinely one of the nicest most beautiful people I’ve ever meet especially for my first solo travel to Fiji. I’ve never felt so welcome and loved in this place. If you’re reading this Josh, I hope I get to see you again when I come back to Fiji and blue lagoon! With more stories and awesome company.

Blue lagoon was our favourite island we had so much fun here and there was so many activities to do. Big thank you especially Josh, rissy and mei who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable! I couldn’t recommend blue lagoon resort more

This resort has it all, great staff, mid-range price for the Yasawa group of islands, nightly fantastic sunsets, good food, great cocktails, daily excursions if you want to do anything other than relax, and fantastic snorkelling straight off the beach. We loved every minute. Jo’s cocktails were sensational, actually all the bar staff were, as were our servers. Louisa serviced our beachfront villa before she took a break, such a lovely lady, as was her son. Big ups to this resort, we would love to return one day. We would recommend 5-7 days if you can stretch it out, about the right amount of time. And take some of your own alcohol if you have a beachfront villa (we had a super cold room fridge), you can enjoy sunsets and wine from your deck. Only downside was the cost of wine once we ran out, was on the pricey side but to be expected. Nightly happy hour too helped.

Had the most amazing experience at Blue Lagoon, the staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is the best it can be. Special shout-out to Josh who made me and all my friends feel so welcome and knew us all by name by the end of our stay. Blue Lagoon is paradise on earth.
