Awful experience, constantly had to ask for clean towels. No trash can in the rooms. First and last time staying there.

I’m sorry, but my family and I have been going to Myrtle beach every year for at least 8 years. Hotel wise this was my absolute worst experience. The place states it gives you dishes for your kitchenette. But you literally have to go down to the desk and are very very limited on what they give you?! We ended up just buying what we needed at a nearby store. Let’s not forget about when we first checked in our room wasn’t even cleaned? It had ZERO towels, soap etc. there was sand in the floor (kinda to be expected in sorts with the beach) however there was also hair balls by the dining table. Not to mention when we used the stove only one burner of the four worked? They woke us up early one morning having us switch rooms due to the floor flooding. When switching rooms, they first gave us a key card to a room that literally had people sleeping inside of it?!! They fixed that giving us a new key card and room. Upon the new room it was actually very clean. Towels and all. The room over all was better the stove worked and everything. (Down fall the tv was way smaller.) OH and don’t let me forget about the pools smelling like straight up pee and was disgusting the entire week we stayed. The only “pool” clean was the small lazy river.. I can promise you it isn’t worth your money or time not even if you needed a cheap place like us this year. Look elsewhere.

When we pulled up to the property there is not a big enough professional sign posted for people to find the resort. Parking is so small and tight only 4 cars at a time can pull up but have to be in and out because you end up getting blocked in or you cant get in. How they charge you for your stay is ridiculous. You have to pay if you want your room clean you have to ask for towels then exchange them out for new ones. Why is there a kitchenette in the room if you have to pay for cooking supplies and hope there are available. The hallways were so dirty our room was not properly cleaned before we arrived. We could barely open the sliding door. The screws were so loose the handle came off and we had to aak for maintenance 4 times before someone came 3 hours later. A complete failure I definitely not be returning.

I booked the room because it had a balcony and a king bed at what I thought was a decent price. The room was gross, there was an indescribable odor, the balcony was barred up, the bed cover was stained, it was sandy under the cover, the floors were slippery, the pool looked gross, the ceiling above the bed was peeling, the elevators were dirty. All around, I will never book at this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palette beach resort. The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the location of our room—It was just steps away from both the pool and the beach, making it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds. Our room was clean and comfortable, with extra blankets provided for added coziness. The King bed was very comfortable and the microwave was brand new and worked perfectly. It’s also clear that the resort is making upgrades to enhance the guest experience which we really appreciate. That said, there are a few improvements that could make the stay even better. The hallways and main floor could benefit from brighter lighting, and added lights around the pool area would make it more inviting in the evenings. Our refrigerator ran loudly through the night, which made it a bit hard to sleep, and unfortunately, our TV didn’t work even after maintenance tried to fix it. Lastly, having a designated storage space for cleaning carts would help keep the main gathering area looking tidy and welcoming Overall, this resort offers a great beachside experience with a friendly team and ongoing improvements. With just a few tweaks, it could easily become a five-star stay.
