Both bedrooms are located on the second floor of the apartment, and the layouts are as follows: Bedroom 1: This bedroom is considered the guest space and features a queen size bed, twin size bunk bed, two nightstands, wall mounted TV, and two large windows for natural light. Bedroom 2: This bedroom is considered the master and features a king size bed, two nightstands, closet and dresser for storage, two large windows for natural light, and a built-in vanity space with large mirror and chair. Guests will have access to 1 full bathroom! The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, large vanity with large mirror, and toilet. The master bathroom is shared between the master bedroom and the guest bedroom. There is also a half bath in the condo on the ground level that guests have access to as well. Moving through the condo guests will find the kitchen. This area features full size appliances including a microwave, full size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. The kitchen is also fully stocked with all basic cooking and eating utensils! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area. The main living space is located on the ground floor of the rental. This is the most relaxing space in the condo! This space features a couch that converts to a bed, accent chair, two side tables, wall mounted, flatscreen TV, dresser for storage, and coffee table. Guests will also have access to a dining area that is situation just off from the kitchen. This space features a table and chairs with enough seating for 6! Guests will also find access to the private fully enclosed back patio through the sliding glass doors in the dining room! This space is fully fenced in and features outdoor furniture, coffee table, and grill! There is also a covered front porch for guests to utilize as well! Start your day rocking on the front step while enjoying fresh coffee from the neighborhood coffee shop. Guests are allowed to bring a max of 2 pets. Only dogs or cats are allowed. There is a 1-time pet fee of $250. Once your reservation is made and the pet agreement has been completed the pet fee request will be sent to you through the resolution center. To keep this rental maintained as good as possible, we do ask that pets not be allowed on the sofa or living room furniture. In addition, when guests leave, we do ask that the pets be crated until their owners return. This is important not only for the care of the property, but also for vendors, pest control, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel who may need to enter the property. Vendors may not be able to provide necessary services if pets are not crated, and we appreciate your understanding! ​​​​​​​Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding.. The Montego Inn is located in Myrtle Beach, SC. This complex is only 2 miles from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. There are plenty of dining options close by. Pancake houses, sushi, tacos, jerk chicken and more or shop at one of two grocery stores to grill your own feast: all within 3 blocks of the comforts of home.
