Lovely hotel, great breakfast, very very comfortable bed, room and shower. I just feel the pool service and food could have been better, also no valet parking.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Kempinski Hotel Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, and the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome. A special thanks goes to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, who were exceptionally kind and attentive to all our needs. Every meal was a delight, and the service in the restaurants was warm, professional, and consistently thoughtful. Housekeeping also went above and beyond, visiting twice a day and keeping our room spotless and ensuring we were always comfortable. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful facilities, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent attention to detail throughout. We’re so grateful for the hospitality we received and would love to return again in the future.

My stay at the kempinski hotel in muscat was not as good as expected from a five star international hotel.. My friends and I encountered unfavorable treatment from some of the staff and other mishaps at the hotel, however it wasn’t all bad as I did find the room comfortable and in general the interior of the hotel was nice and minimalistic with a touch of modern class. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed kayaking at beach and most importantly I like how the manager compensated us after all the trouble we had during our stay ..

We asked for late check out but male receptionist refused two times. However while doing the check out the omani female receptionist extended our stay for two hours. Unfortunately I dont remember the names and i am really thankful for that lady and upset bcoz of that receptionist who refused the late check out bcoz of him i gave 3/5 service.

Great property, lived the Café food for lunch and the service, reception and concierge are very friendly too. Rooms are simple but big. Location is a bit far from main atractions but close to the airport.

給大家注意點小酒店的分享看找別人的評價不太多，攜程幫忙定的酒店，攜程的服務還是可以整個酒店的現代化器械還是不錯的，一開始會有與W酒店相比有較大設計感落差，上來了以後整體還是不錯的，也要反映出這個國家的旅遊重視，酒店業與周邊的酒店式公寓項目發展的可能性。中國人很少，阿曼是免簽國家，從入境的整體感覺來講，他還是很現代的感覺還是不錯的，雖然入境的時候會有所謂的塞小費的專用通道，10塊阿曼幣，如果你打車可以不要去到達廳出口那邊的預訂櫃枱叫，出了出口，出租車口還是不錯的。

Поскольку рядом море, в номере присутствует специфический запах из-за постоянной влажности, хотя возможно, это потому что комната находилась на 0 этаже. Сразу после уборки он исчезает, но потом снова появляется. Мой вариант размещения HB. Для тех, кто любит вкусно поесть, самый разумный выбор. Ужины очень разнообразны, действительно на любой вкус вкус: мясо, рыба, десерты, закуски, - вот просто глаза разъезжаются от разнообразия! Устраиваются, в том числе, и тематические ужины. Так, один из вечеров был посвящён турецкой кухне. Бассейн великолепен. Их даже 2. Один с выходом на пляж. Пляж, возможно, не самый впечатляющий. Тут, смотря с чем сравнивать. Территория отеля небольшая. Вокруг район, где проживает много экспатов. В двух шагах приятная набережная, с причалом для яхт, многочисленными кафе, торговым центром. Замечательный вариант для прогулок хоть утром, хоть вечером. Персонал в отеле очень приветлив и отзывчив. С первого раза запоминают все твои предпочтения и всегда готовы помочь. Накануне заселения я получила анкету, где отель просил указать мои пожелания и предпочтения. Я написала про более поздний check-out и отель подтвердил мне эту возможность без взимания дополнительной оплаты.
