the staff are very accomodating and courteous. i like most the service van in dropping us to the mall and also in fetching us in going back to the hotel.

I love the buffet breakfast and the place near from the mall even you do walking. Happy new year

The room was spacious and incredibly clean. Plus, the view from our room was amazing. There was a great food selection during the breakfast, and we truly appreciated the attentiveness of all the staff. In a nutshell, it was a wonderful stay!

It was a pleasant stay. Bathroom was clean. Bed were made and ckean. It's just a bummer that it was raining so we really didnt enjoy the pool area that much. Nothing the hotel can do about it. Thank you, Acacia!

We had a wonderful stay. They even surprised us with a complimentary cake to celebrate our anniversary. Additionally, they fulfilled our request for a room with a beautiful city view.

First time booking a staycation at Acacia Hotel. When I booked our room, I requested if we could get an anniversary cake or card and to our surprise we were greeted with this setup and cake from the hotel. Thank you so much for accommodating our request! The room we stayed in was spacious and clean — only comment is that the lighting was a bit too dim (no white lights in the room, but the natural light from the window helped). Breakfast buffet was okay — food options were the usual breakfast items — food was quickly replenished though so this was a plus. Overall had a great stay at the Acacia Hotel :)
