The balcony room actually has an extra smoking area, no view, don't waste money if you don't smoke. There is a rewe downstairs, it is very convenient to buy food and drinks, free parking🅿️, but please note that the parking lot is not the one by the road, drive forward, there is another parking lot shared with the supermarket at the end of the parking lot entrance, that is free for the hotel. There is a gym.

The reception was helpful. The first room they gave me, the TV was not working and they changed me to another room. Overall it was a comfortable room. Bed and pillow were clean. Location was pretty convenient from Theresa Giehse-Alle station. A mall was location in walking distance and easy access to convenience stores to grab for quick meal.

Received an excellent welcome and smooth easy check in. Room was as expected from a top quality hotel. The cost was one of the cheapest when looking and Included breakfast which was excellent. Very convenient for metro, train and buses, and to get to most things worth seeing the city. Trip also provide excellent information on the booking and check-in.

An absolute surprise! We just booked this hotel for our last night before flying back and we were so pleasantly surprised. Service was super nice, very good room and even a bathtub. Absolut value for money!

I liked the location of the hotel. It us right next to the train station and there us a big supermarket and bakery in the same building as the hotel in the ground floor. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is there is no door for the shower and the layout of the room is a little weird. Room is clean so that made up for it.

The hotel is very good. The front desk is very warm. We went to the reception desk very late and should have been off work. We have been waiting for us for several hours. We have a language barrier.
