We stayed at the hotel only one night. accommodation is located within walking distance of the center. The rooms are spacious, but the equipment could use an update. The staff was very friendly. Be careful about parking, it is almost impossible at the hotel.

Hotel is very clean, staff were very polite and helpful, rooms are spacious, location is great short walk to the shopping centers, restaurants grocery and train stations . Safe environment to walk around. We were provided hot water kettle as requested and other toiletries. Highly recommended for travelers.

Property was aged but maintained as well as it could be. The road the hotel is located on is not the best.

The staff was very accommodating, friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent in a very cozy room. The room was comfortable with all that is needed. It's an easy walk to the marienplatz.

Basic service. And in addition, you must pay for things that are included in other hotels.

The hotel was very quiet even though it was close to the train station. We were able to easily walk to the main square and from there walk to many visitor sights. The breakfast was nice and had nice options. Checking in and out was easy. You can leave the key at the front desk when you are out and about wich is nice so you dont have to worry about losing it. We did have one day where they cleaned our room but forgot to replace the towels, the front desk staff were very apollagetic about it and we had towels in minutes - we also got a small box of chocolates. The room itself was OK as it was dated. Some of the plug ins did not work all that well for our adaptors.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Kraft. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. We stayed in room 45. It was so clean and quiet. On the day we were departing, we had to leave around 6 AM and breakfast isn't served until 7 AM. They arranged for some coffee, juice and some food for us so we could eat before we had to leave. I was incredibly impressed by that and very grateful that they did that. It's very easy to take the train (S1 or S8) from the airport to the station (Hauptbahnhof) near the hotel. It's about a 45 minute trip. And then a 10 minute walk to the hotel. There isn't too much around the hotel but it's a short walk to the main train station, Hauptbahnhof, and a short walk to Maieinplatz and Viktualienmarkt. You can download the app for the MVV and purchase your train tickets. We got a weekly ticket and were able to take the U in Zone M, the tram and the bus and it made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. If you like coffee, the best place we had coffee was at Vits, Rumfordstraße 49, 80469 München, Germany. It's a bit of a walk but you can catch the 16 tram at Hauptbahnhof, take to Isartor and then it's a 1 minute walk. My only complaint is that the room was pretty dark at night since there is only lighting around the perimeter. However, on our last night half the lights were suddenly much brighter and that helped immensely. Having a floor lamp near the couch would make a big difference. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I am in Munich.

Good hotel. Central to old town Munich and transit. 5 min walk to subway and 15 min walk to the Marienplatz. Room was large but bathroom was a little small. Currently a building has been demolished across the street but construction didn’t bother us as we were gone all day. Breakfast was fine, little limited and you have to get there early otherwise the food does run out a bit. There is a safe and a/c which was a blessing given it got up to 36C one day.

A great small hotel for our family.

The hotel is lovely and the staff was very nice, but the men that congregate in the alley beside the hotel who make noise all night is unacceptable. Men singing at the top of their lungs at 4:00 in the morning just makes everyone angry. It’s understandable to have traffic and city noise within the city, but this was excessive.
