Ulasan Helvetia Hotel Munich City Center

酒店有露台，很方便晾曬衣服，位置良好鄰近中央火車站，很乾淨房間尺寸合理，整體我非常滿意的，不過附近有地盤所以有點嘈

酒店的標配，優點是離火車站近，也離景點近

這間酒店是我剛到慕尼黑日住那天晚上很凍迫於無奈就附近就找間酒樓酒店住而且服務員那位肥師奶態度不好還給我責罵他她才好一些而且打查很細但消防間擲很多房間一般唯一驚喜的是他包早餐早餐的地方雖然細但是味道還可以真的令我驚訝

Shower drain was blocked, someone came to look at but was not fixed Beds were made but the cups and glasses were not cleaned Instant Coffee was not replaced

Very cool staff and helpful! We stayed at this hotel due to a late train arrival from Vienna and booked 4 nights to complete our 3-week vacay. Our 10:15 pm train ended up arriving closer to 10:45 pm and I was a bit nervous to check in so late, but the staff had sent me after-hours checkin instructions just in case! Turns out that the hotel was so close to the station that we made it before 11 pm and got to checkin regularly. Like stated before, the staff was super helpful and the place very clean. We did not opt in for the breakfast, though I heard it was very tasty. Very close to everything you’d want to do in Munich! Room was smaller than I expected, but the bathroom was large and well-stocked. I saw some reviews before booking about the area being dangerous, etc. but I honestly didn’t feel uncomfortable. There were a few older people asking for money during the day (not pushy) on Bayerstrasse, but that’s about it. There are all types of people walking around the area because of the train station being so close (travelers like myself, rowdy younger people, people going home from work, etc. Nothing scary or odd. I used to live in Buenos Aires, where you always had to be on guard, so I think my perception will be a bit different, haha! After hours checkout was easy. We had to fly home first thing in the morning, so we left around 3 am for the airport. Getting an Uber there at that time was a cinch. I’d definitely stay here again! Rooms are huge by European standards. Beds large & comfortable. Great breakfast - lots of options & well worth the cost. Helvetia is within 500m of Hbf - very convenient, clean and reasonably quiet for a busy part of Munich.

Broken air-con. Unsafe to open window because emergency stair just right outside. Everybody can jump in if window open. Just close to the station.

Guest services is good. Close to train station for convenience

The huge construction projects that close down access to your hotel are a real drag on you.

Affordable. Room is clean enough. Bathroom is newly refurbished. The room nor the bathroom lights aren’t great, not well-lit. But the receptionists are very friendly and helpful.
