1. Ruang lobi hotel yg tidak besar; 2. Belum ada fasilitas bermain hiburan bagi tamu usia anak

Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang sesuai, sangat dekat dengan berbagai tempat wisata, dan memiliki transportasi yang nyaman. Jaraknya 500 meter dari stasiun pusat. Kereta bawah tanah dan bus terdekat dapat diakses ke segala arah.

Benar-benar menikmati kunjungan saya baru-baru ini di Courtyard by Marriott City Center untuk perjalanan Euro 2024 saya ke Jerman. Lokasi hotel sangat dekat dengan Munich Hbf dan tempat wisata lainnya. Banyak pilihan restoran di dekatnya juga. Restoran Italia menyajikan beragam makanan enak dengan harga pantas. Dan saya ingin berterima kasih kepada Courtyard by Marriott karena mengizinkan saya menitipkan barang bawaan saya saat saya pergi ke Leipzig untuk bertanding. Sangat menghargai itu.

Lokasi hotel tidak jauh dari stasiun kereta bawah tanah, namun berjalan kaki dari stasiun kereta bawah tanah menuju hotel terasa kurang aman. Ada beberapa kekhawatiran tentang keselamatan. Ada beberapa tunawisma di jalan, atau orang kulit hitam yang terlihat mengganggu . Disarankan untuk tidak memilih ini di area ini

Kamarnya bagus dan pelayanannya oke

I recently stayed and I have to say, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I checked in, I encountered several issues that left me frustrated and disappointed. First, the room was not properly cleaned, with dust and uncleaned towel etc in the corners and an unpleasant odor. I immediately reported this to the front desk supervisor Venessa hoping for a prompt resolution. Instead, I was met with indifference. The staff member I spoke to seemed disinterested and simply shrugged it off, saying, "So what, it’s all right; it happens." This lack of concern for customer service was shocking. I expected at least an apology or an offer to rectify the situation, but instead, I was made to feel like my complaints were trivial. Additionally, the amenities promised on the website were either unavailable or in poor condition. The pool was closed for maintenance, and the gym equipment was outdated and not functioning properly. Overall, my stay was incredibly disappointing, and I will be reporting these issues to hotel supervisors, hoping for better management of their staff and facilities. It’s unfortunate that a hotel with such potential falls short in delivering a quality experience. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this hotel to others. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Excellent location. Near the station, though a bit chaotic downstairs. Good room and decent service

The hôtel is 5 mins from the station, however right now all the neighborhood is in renovation. Going to the hotel from station is more complicated and neighborhood not looking that good with all this renovation on going.

Delicious breakfast, good location, nice gym, friendly staff.

The receptionist and the kitchen crews/support are all amazing. I would definitely book this hotel again in the future!

5-8min walk from Munich train station. There is a supermarket next to hotel. A lot cafes nearby as well

Hotel is in a good location. It is very near central railway station. Breakfast is very nice.

great place to stay. but the environment around the hotel is not as good though

Hotel is nearby Munich Central Station, eateries also available within walking distance. Room is clean and toiletry is good quality. Bottled mineral water is provided on first day only.
