I expected better cleaning at washroom . Room was better . View was gorgeous. My package had dinner and breakfast included which was a plus
There was no special service provided . I requested for Achilles tendon massage offer as I suffered an injury a while ago.
Anyways my stay was still very comfortable . Love the food quality and taste both very good

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

The room was extraordinary. The food was homely. It’s a centrally located in bandra. G my stay comfortable pleasant enjoyable and memorable. The hotel is located in a centralised place with all the eateries, hair salon, shopping complexes are walking distance. Keep up the great hospitality and service beyond self.

The lucky hotel is very iconic and one of a simple kind near hill road area, bandra. Rooms were clean and ok for couple. No views from any of the rooms. There are some rooms in opposite apartments, which are newer and more spacious. The complimentary breakfast was adequate and tasty. Fantastic location, everything was in reach, be it the airport, local station or the tourist spots. The hostel was a cosy place. The host and staff were very generous and soft-spoken. Would definitely visit again, really the best place to stay in for a short trip, especially as a solo traveller.

PPrabhakar ThotaWe stayed for just one day, But felt like a home after few hours of our stay. Didn’t get a chance to meet new buddies as we are in short time. I recommend this one if anyone looking for stay around in Bandra who is willing to enjoy the hostel cum home style stay.

Ssan99the room was a bit cosy for three people the pictures don’t do justice and it’s ideally not easy to find the place as it’s a bit tucked in the breakfast is not a buffet but something they will decide and two item they promised were not even available the room was not entirely clean had to ask them to tidy it up overrall did not feel satisfied for the money we paid but the location is very convenient for sightseeing so choose your battle ig

GGuest UserThe hotel has a location advantage but they need to look into the room's cleanliness and change their linen. All the taps in all the rooms are old and have leakage problems. The cutlery is very old and faded, it should be dumped immediately and replaced with new cutlery. Add more options in breakfast. Repair and repaint the whole hotel building.

GGuest UserThe staff at the reception was courteous and helping. Room was ok for nights stay. There is no in house restaurant but breakfast can be arranged by staff. Anyone requiring early morning tea around 7am is an issue. No early morning tea. Overall can recommend for a short stay of 1 or 2 days provided u are ok with breakfast after 8am only. Another good thing is that its close to railway station and a nice veg non veg restaurant besides it known as ratnagiri. However, am not sure whether i would suggest this to family only because of the lack of in house restaurant. But for solo definitely would suggest it.
