The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff could not do enough for everyone. They are so polite and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again and I would recommend to anyone. It is very very nice and clean. 

Hello hotel location and hospitality very higy I stay 6 nigyt realy I like so much all staf crendly brekfast room have free snacks 4 to 5 e clock free masala tea and smill bite everyting perfect my next trib I want stay same hotel

If you want a clean, reasonably priced but somewhat basic Hyatt experience, then this is a great choice. Staff were great and helpful, and the food was good too.

Not satisfied with the hotel room, plus the hotel is very dirty even the elevators and lobby

相對提供簡單服務的國際品牌酒店 有一個融合菜的日料餐廳和一個酒吧，有客房送餐服務。附近環境和出行對於第一次到印度的朋友來説不太方便 有頂樓游泳池和健身房設施偏舊

Our experience at the Hyatt Centric was pretty amazing! We loved the location - across from the Juhu beachfront and walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. The breakfast was excellent! The staff was very attentive to our needs and the quality of food was fantastic! The room was also modern and awesome. Overall, we loved this hotel and would stay here again!

Great place. The feel was that of a boutique hotel & the service was excellent. Though the property is not sea-facing and the location is a bit congested, they go the extra mile to make the guests feel comfortable - right from the food, the service, the ambience and feel. Very thoughtfully done place and very comfortable and spacious rooms.

I stayed here for a week while traveling for a mix of wedding celebrations, work, and sightseeing. My experience was exceptional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Due to the busy wedding season, the hotel was sold out on some days, and I was able to secure confirmed suites for only four nights. However, Ms. Tanvi She and Mr. Vasant Desai from the front desk went above and beyond to upgrade my stay to a suite for all seven nights. This made a huge difference, allowing us to work comfortably and avoid the hassle of changing rooms. The studio suite was spacious and well-decorated, though it lacked a powder room. Note that there are no sea views due to a construction site across the road, but the rooftop offers a great sunset view from one corner, and there’s a bar available in the evenings. The beach is less than a five-minute walk from the hotel, but you’ll need to cross a busy road. Warm & Attentive Staff The hospitality throughout our stay was outstanding. Pranjali from the front desk efficiently coordinated our airport pickup and always greeted us warmly. Mr. Ramesh, our airport chauffeur, was polite and shared great local recommendations. Ishita from the front desk was incredibly sweet and even took some beautiful photos for us. Brian from concierge was fantastic—always engaging in small conversations with my 10-year-old son. My son is quite shy, but over a few days, he started interacting with Brian, which was a delight for us to see. Incredible Dining at Sesame The highlight of our stay was the dining experience at Sesame. Every dish was delicious, making it hard to choose what to eat first—something that rarely happens! The only thing better than the food was the exceptional service. Sagar, Sahil, Aditya, and Vinay ensured our table was always ready, food arrived promptly, and we received great recommendations. Bhumika at the tea counter was wonderful and served authentic Mumbai cutting chai in a traditional manner, adding to the amazing experience. A special mention to Ruquia, who managed table assignments seamlessly despite the restaurant being small and busy. She was cheerful, efficient, and ensured guests never had to wait long. Even during breakfast, she checked in on tables, making sure everything was smooth. She is truly one of the best hostesses we’ve met! Housekeeping & Security Amit from housekeeping was hardworking, helpful and efficient, keeping our room spotless and well-stocked. He surprised us with fresh flowers, which was a lovely touch. Mr. Mahendra Pal from security always greeted us warmly and coordinated with his team to manage cab entries and deliveries smoothly. Room for Improvement – High Tea The only area that could use enhancement is the high tea offering. Currently, it includes just tea and a single snack, missing basics like coffee or cookies. Compared to other hotels where high tea includes a variety of snacks, juices, and baked goods, this felt quite minimal. Upgrading this would better mat
