The hotel has an attractive internal appearance and an excellent spa, which I would highly recommend. However, the overall experience was deeply disappointing, with poor service, poorly maintained rooms, and substandard food quality. This was the final hotel on our three-week trip, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences of the journey. Upon arrival, we did not receive the room we had originally booked, as we checked in later than the designated time due to flight delays. Instead, we were assigned a different room. The elevator to the room was uncomfortably small, which may be a concern for others as well. Next door to the hotel is a night club and you can hear the music through the walls and windows till the early hours. We could feel the bass come through the walls. We love music and a night out but when you're looking to sleep its not ideal. We weren't notified about this at all. The room we were given was extremely hot, with a temperature of around 35 degrees Celsius. Basic amenities were lacking, such as an adequate supply of toilet paper and drinking glasses, which had to be requested separately. We also had to call for assistance with the air conditioning, which took over 30 minutes to address. The technician assured us it would improve with time. Unfortunately, by 2 a.m., the situation had worsened, and the room became unbearably hot. My wife fell ill due to the heat, prompting me to seek help from the reception. After a prolonged discussion lasting nearly 20 minutes, they eventually sent someone to check the air conditioning. It was confirmed that the compressor was broken and could not be repaired. Although we requested a room change or even a transfer to another hotel, we were informed this would not be possible. After much insistence, we were promised a room change in the morning and a refund for the night. Two noisy and unclean fans were provided as a temporary measure, but they offered little relief. Exhausted from traveling, we barely managed to get an hour of sleep. As a result of this ordeal, we missed an entire day of exploring Mumbai and lost money on pre-booked activities. The lack of concern from the staff was disheartening. The following morning, the promised room change was not promptly actioned, and I had to chase the staff for an update. After speaking to multiple employees who gave conflicting information, a manager finally resolved the issue and facilitated the move to another room around 12pm. While we were offered complimentary food as a gesture of goodwill, this too fell short. The room service we ordered was overly spiced, which was unsuitable as my wife was still unwell. Even basic items like fries and chicken pizza were heavily seasoned. The food quality was poor overall, but hunger compelled us to eat it. At checkout, which was at 4.30 a.m. for an early flight, we were presented with a bill that included charges for the complimentary food and an additional room service fee. Fur
