They dont answer their phones or whatsapp messages. There are multiple phone numbers online and non of them work. This hotel is not safe. Upon checking in, we sat for 5 minutes deciding if it was worth staying there despite it being a little dirty, come to see a bug crawling on the bed. We immediately checked out. The hotel will not answer the phones for ******* and therefore we cannot get a refund. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Excellent service - staff allowed us to leave our luggage at 8am (prior to check in), and took our documentation later. Smallish room, but good aircon, kettle and small bar fridge. Comfy bed, more pillows would have been nice, and an extra blanket (the AC was very effective!).

The receptionists were very rude and persistent to de***d children's IDs inspite having elders IDs. We told them we will get those ids by requesting to the concerns. In the interim you let us check in the rooms because our senior citizen (parents) urgently require to use washroom. Notwithstanding to the requests they declined stating this the policy and you need to comply. The conversation into heated argument and ultimately we were forced within the situation to cancel the booking. We wanted to complain to the owners but again they refused to give us any contact... So be careful with such rude people.
