the staff in hotel is not good specially person available in the registration counter he was very rude towards us and wifi was also very fluctuating overall nothing was good at the hotel. I will suggest not to go.

Service - not even a single person at reception area, i had to scout for a person who could help me checkin. Room stay - entire room was filled with bugs, flies and mosquitoes even bathroom. Rooms are not maintained well. They give only 200 ml bottle per person for the entire day. Even while checkout security collected the room keys. Never going back!

I never check in to hotel due to family emergency send proof hotel is declining to refund. Money minded attitude no response to call from the prakash hedge above all no send sense of urgency. Pathetic

Previously i used to stay at different hotels which were kinda pricier than rooms of status, so wasn’t expecting much. But the room was actually good, also the staffs were really helpful. Would surely be staying here next time )

Good place for stay. Everything is good. Just in the morning for some foods items you have to wait till 11:00. Like i order assorted fruits bowl but they said you have to wait for till 11. For that item.

Rooms were clean neat n cozy still can be upgraded. Best location can be easily located. Delicious food variety available. To be excellent in all need a little upgradation in bathroom ameneties and sanitary needs.
