It was best ecperience at the krishna orchard the surrounding was so beautiful and staff gave the best services we had stayed for one day but it was the most enhoyable stay there

The property is a little away from mukteshwar and that's the beauty. Excellent rooms, very well maintained property, food is ok, service is top class

Property was awesome. Staffs are polite and good. Food is ok at that price. Location is good and with parking space

The stay was average. Not at all justifying the room tariff. Not a modern approach. No dental kit provided. No hand wash in the bottle. Have to request to add one. Ordinary washroom not at all worth at this price tag. No mineral water provided. Second and third day, dirty water from the taps. Requested for clean water bucket to bath. The property is good but with old approach. Seems owner or management is too stingy. Will not recommend or visit again.

Property is easily accessible. It is picturesque, peaceful, kids friendly and well maintained property. Food was good and staff was very supportive.

Resort at a fabulous location, see sun rise from resort itself, mountaintop view very much near. Observatory nearby like bonus.👍

One of the best place. Hospitality was superb good interior-ed rooms view from balcony was awesome.

Due to some reason, we swapped booking from mukteshwar to nainital. We found that nainital hotel was completely empty but also they didn't swapped it with equal quality of room. Booking was done for garden room and in swapping we received executive room. During check in, we were have one additional member so requested for extra bedding and hotel staff given mattress only instead of proper beding. Dental kit didn't received even after special request. Manager also wasn't supportive and reception guys wasn't having any authorities,

Location was good but property was not maintained based on rooms as per the prices. Outside property was good but rooms was not good, it needs renovation

Location - good, property is good but need some renovation as per the room rates, they have high rates in comparison to what provided in room, in chilly winters the windows were unable to handle the winds and getting it pass through. Which calls the need of heater which is also chargeable.

It is a beautiful resort but the services aren't so good. We didn't find the reception and other staff welcoming. We had requested extra blankets for our room and even after multiple reminders, we didn't get any. The food was just okay.

Very nice property. Comfortable stay. Neat and clean rooms. Staff service was great and very helpful. Good food. Only suggestion is that they should include the heaters in cold weather in the package. Heaters are chargeable.
