Pros - air conditioning is very cool - breakfast selection and service was excellent Cons - booked lounge room but check-in officer (assistant manager) did not give our card the correct access. It was embarrassing, we had to queue at reception again - dead insect in room

Everything was average. The hair blowdryer was broken and old. Hair that didn’t belong to us in the bath tub. Variety of breakfast choice but the quality was not amazing. It is a decent hotel for business purpose but not quite for vacation in my opinion.

Big size room with beautiful view, ordered room service in our room for late dinner, and it was great. Many choices for breakfast but it get very crowded at around 8:30am, recommend to go before 8:30am to get a better view/ window seat as the view is beautiful. The location is very good as it’s only a few minutes walk to the shopping mall.

Nice staying experience. Very convenient location with a big shopping mall nearby, and good breakfast arrangements with many choices. The lounge is quiet and comfortable too. Recommend tourists to stay. :)

One of the best hotel around this area!   It is the high rise hotel, you can see the whole city inside your room!

Great hotel! Enjoyed my stay.

Was there for new years. Check in too a while but Sam the manager arranged for us to the executive lounge to have dinner first and another staff gave us late check out for the delay. The architecture was very nice. Breakfast has a wide selection. The croissants were amazing! 🥐

Fantastic view, interior and decoration throughout the entire hotel. Super convenient location, with large mall (海岸城) right next door. Easily accessible from Shenzhen Bay. Clean and awesome heated swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna. Nice gym. Great for families. Would definitely love to come again!

Everything is pretty good. There was a problem with the SPA in the hotel. They don't have a sense of the type of background music suitable for a relaxing environment 酒店的SPA不懂播放合适的音乐， 十分破坏气氛。
