Basic amenities provided. 3 star domestic standard. Only 2 water bottles provided. Extra will be charged.

4 people stayed there and it was spacious and nice. We used it last year and this year too. We plan to use it next year too.

The room is very spacious. The staff provides good service, but the equipment is not complete.

The location is good because it is in a clean area, but the facilities are generally outdated.

The price was cheap, but the shower facilities were too old and inconvenient to use.

The facility is much bigger and cleaner than the picture Because the boiler was turned on before check-in, it was so warm as soon as we skied in! The air conditioner is in the living room, and the boiler is automatically set to the highest temperature of 27 degrees. Very satisfied

Cancellation policy regret Group inter-floor noise

Stayed on the annex duplex. It was clean and satisfactory. However, the sound from the electric blanket switch on the second floor was so loud that it was hard to sleep.

I am the fourth traveler to stay. I used it often because the price was so good. To spend the night in the main building first When I checked in, I made a request in advance to the second floor of the annex. However, even on weekdays I was assigned to the 3rd floor because it was not cleaned. When asked if you would like to enter It's absurd, and there's almost no real water or toilet paper. (There is no annex originally) I've been Still, I will go again. Why? Because it's good value for money

비가 오니 방에서 오수?냄새가 나서 가족들이 모두다 거실에서 잣어요 아쉬운게 많은숙소네요;; 무주숙소는 전체적으로 부족한게많은데 여기도 역시나.. 청소상태도별로였고요

무주리조트갔다가 6인 단체여행으로 묵은 리조트! 취사도 다 되는 곳이라 전자레인지, 인덕션., 냉장고 식기류도 다있음 무엇보다 난방이 너무 잘되서 스키타고 몸지지기에도 좋도 잘때 땀날정도로 더움 ㅋㅋㅋ 찜질방같고요 겨울이라 벌레도 없고 룸 컨디션도 이 가격에 매우 괜찮았음 그러나 청소가 덜되어서 우리가 먹지않은 음료수 페트병이 쇼파옆에있었기에 청결도는 한개뺌 다음에도 무주가면 재방문하고싶은곳~ 다만 우리는 6인단체라 향적봉 화장실2개인 룸으로 배정받았는데 3층이지만 계단뿐이라 짐많으면 힘들 수 있음 ㅋㅋㅋ

운치가 배경이 너우 좋았습니다. 친구들하고 잼나게 놀았습니다.

정말 가성비 최고 숙소입니다 시설도 너무 좋구요 가격도 너무 착합니다. 방도 따듯하고 욕조도 있어서 목욕도 편하게했어요ㅎㅎ

취사가 안되는게 좀 아쉽고 2층 복층은 바닥이 너무 더러워서 안썻어요 그치만 방 너무 따뜻하고 깔끔하니 좋네요
