Nice place to stay for a few days. But the shower was a little bit cold at night and early in the morning. But the foggy sunrise here was awesome.

I stayed here for a few nights in November 2025. It is a family run business and the mother of the owner is normally the one that takes care of the place. It is located in the countryside and you can expect to see and hear chickens and other animals. While the cottages are a walkable distance (2km) from the town, you are much better off renting a scooter if staying here. The cottages are quaint, but not the best construction. You can see many places where the concrete walls are cracking. Also, sometimes the doors don't closes correctly, but overall, I found the place to be comfortable. The TV in the rooms is quite small and old, but they do have an HDMI port to use a fire stick with. The water pressure is good and the hot water heater works. The bathroom is small and everything is contained in one area so you will get the toilet and everything wet when showering. You can see a walk through review I did on youtube.

Same as others’ comments there are quite a lot of insects but it is normal for this town. It’s also the reason for us to choose the room on the second floor. There are only two staffs but they are nice and helpful. Good experience for sleep inside the mosquito bar 😆

This was fun for two of us,I used Bolt to book a ride going to this place it's about 7km from Pai bus station but sad they accept and message asking 300 baht for a ride but suppose to be 100 baht in the apps. So what we did Cancel them and rent a 🏍 for 150 baht for 24 hours,good deal!and fuel for 60 baht. -- The stay was comfortable. The hot spring was good for our body, so we enjoyed it. The breakfast was not stingy, and the tummy was happy.the place needed to be renovating

Overall we through enjoyed our stay, rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are lovely. However, for the price you pay, not receiving house keeping each day (new towels, toilet paper, fresh water etc.) was a bit of a let down. The reception shuts at 9PM and the numbers provided were not contactable one night we called/required assistance. The pool was fine but the hotels blocks the sun so the pool is in the shade for the majority of the day (from about 1PM). The pool was also very cold and slightly murky a few days into our stay. The location is perfect, it backs off of walking street so you can get there in 30 seconds but it's far away enough you don't hear the bars or general noise. We would stay here again.

Outstanding location right on the walking street. Multiple food and drink choices outside the door. The rooms have comfortable beds, televisions, and hot running water.

There are many popular cafes and excellent restaurants right outside the door, so you'll never be stuck for a meal or coffee. Value: 5/5 The price is very cheap, offering excellent value for money, especially considering the prime location. Rooms & Comfort: 3/5 The rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, I have to be honest—the decor and furnishings make the room look not very comfortable or inviting. It’s functional and clean, but definitely basic. Noise Level: 2/5 A major downside is the poor sound isolation. You can clearly hear noise from the hallway, outside, and sometimes from neighboring rooms. If you are a light sleeper, be prepared for potential disturbances, especially on busy nights or weekends. Overall Impression: If your priority is a cheap, clean, and centrally located place to sleep while you spend most of your time exploring Pai, this hotel is a perfect match. If you are looking for a cozy, quiet, or luxurious room experience, you might want to consider other options. Recommended for: Solo travelers, backpackers, and budget-conscious couples.
