The hotel is near the Giza Pyramid ticket office, and the rooftop breakfast restaurant offers a direct view of the pyramids. The room was relatively clean, but there were many problems with the door lock. It even wouldn't open, so they had to replace the room. The staff were relatively friendly, but the facilities were a bit old. The breakfast was also a bit poor.

The hotel is very suitable for visiting the pyramids. It is about 20 minutes walk from the Sphinx. The top floor restaurant can see the pyramid. The surrounding environment of the hotel is the epitome of Cairo. The reception staff was very welcoming. The restaurant's food tastes good, the dinner included is carefully made according to the requirements, and beer is delivered on the last night. The room is newly renovated, the space is large enough, but the facilities are simple, the quality needs to be improved, and the room WIFI needs to be greatly improved. Trip.com The webpage shows that there is an error, there is no airport shuttle bus, and the pick-up and drop-off fee is $25 per trip, which is much more expensive than Uber.

On the 4th floor, from the restaurant, there is also a wonderful view of the Pyramids at any time of the day. We watched the light show in the evening with a cup of aromatic tea. 2. The service of the hotel team is also ideal. All the staff are friendly and ready to help in any situation. We arrived very early and they helped us check in earlier than the standard time. 3. The cleanliness of the hotel was also a pleasant surprise. The hotel is modern (we found the construction date of 2023). The room is clean inside, everything works. They have a very nice view of the pyramids. Good place to watch the show of pyramids at during for limited days tho. They have rooftop restaurant that serve good food and delicious mango juice. It’s just the surroundings, a lot of camels.

Great view of the Pyramids from the location as long as you don't mind the busy road next to the window. The staff were great and very friendly and trying their best when things were not going as planned. During our stay the water pressure wasn't high enough to get water hot through the gas geyser so the hot tub was useless.

View of the pyramids from the first line - yes. The entrance and approach to the hotel is through a run-down and dirty alley of 400 meters, nearby there is only local ”color”. There seems to be partial repairs, but it seems not, crooked and unfinished. There is hot water. There is a heater. There is breakfast, but after watching the process, we did not want to have dinner. The owners are kind and smiling, as are everyone else.

Everything was great, the people and the service was amazing … I’d like to get breakfast for vegan people like me, other that that was clean, the staff very helpful and the location was right I front of the pyramids.

The hotel's selling point is the pyramid that can be seen from the rooftop. It's a shame that the shower in the room was cold. The building is not on the street and is set back a little.
