Hotel pemandangan pegunungan di Jinan

We recently had an amazing stay at your hostel and couldn't be more pleased! The lovely staff (小杜同學😝) made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality and attentiveness. The incredible AI home technology added a modern touch that truly enhanced our experience, making everything so convenient. The atmosphere was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming environment to relax in. And we absolutely loved the pool—such a perfect spot to unwind! We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Although very few people can speak English, the staff members made it so easy for me to know where to go for breakfast and helping me with everything I asked or needed. The hotel is situated in the most beautiful scenic area and has great facilities. There is even a Starbucks in the hotel. I met one of the managers named Eddie and he can speak English. He was kind and friendly and said that if I need any assistance I can ask the front desk to contact him and he will help me. The breakfast was delicious with so many different options to choose from. I would’ve stayed there for a week if I could. Amazing experience. Thank you to all the staff members, you made it so easy.

Last night, I wanted to go out and buy something to eat. As it was my first time in Shandong, I was not familiar with this place at all. The attentive front desk staff introduced me to a place to eat, but the language barrier prevented me. The boy wearing glasses and the lobby manager patiently translated for me. Today's check-out was also very fast. The Sheraton Hotel was very good, giving me a feeling of coming home. Thank you, my dear Chinese friends

服务： very good service and client Center approach, even I arrived early the staff would like to offer me a room to stay and take rest instead of let me wait until they ready the room . In the end staff upgraded me to a better room and environment is very nice and quiet.

Foreign traveller here. I was definitely impressed with the hotel. The location is right in the middle of Lixia District, which is always bustling and full of life. The amenities are pretty good. The only thing that gave me some problems was the fact that only a couple of people at the hotel could barely speak English. Now I've travelled across China, and I wouldn't be complaining if I found this problem in a smaller city. But in a hotel of this grade, and that too in Lixia in Jinan, I was a tad bit disappointed that I had to effectively use Google translate everytime.

點贊酒店的房間和服務，我非常的感受到了酒店的宏偉實力，酒店位置優越，我想幹什麼都能很方便的完成，是一家值得分享給你們的超級酒店。感恩。
