The environment is quiet and not noisy, and the hygiene details are full. It feels great. The front desk service is also very good. The food is delicious and rich, the bedding is soft, and the supporting facilities are complete. The check-in experience is far beyond expectations. I will come again next time!

Although very few people can speak English, the staff members made it so easy for me to know where to go for breakfast and helping me with everything I asked or needed. The hotel is situated in the most beautiful scenic area and has great facilities. There is even a Starbucks in the hotel. I met one of the managers named Eddie and he can speak English. He was kind and friendly and said that if I need any assistance I can ask the front desk to contact him and he will help me. The breakfast was delicious with so many different options to choose from. I would’ve stayed there for a week if I could. Amazing experience. Thank you to all the staff members, you made it so easy.

服务： very good service and client Center approach, even I arrived early the staff would like to offer me a room to stay and take rest instead of let me wait until they ready the room . In the end staff upgraded me to a better room and environment is very nice and quiet.

Foreign traveller here. I was definitely impressed with the hotel. The location is right in the middle of Lixia District, which is always bustling and full of life. The amenities are pretty good. The only thing that gave me some problems was the fact that only a couple of people at the hotel could barely speak English. Now I've travelled across China, and I wouldn't be complaining if I found this problem in a smaller city. But in a hotel of this grade, and that too in Lixia in Jinan, I was a tad bit disappointed that I had to effectively use Google translate everytime.
