Hotel Mountain View Room Jianyang

Booked the hotel to spend night to transfer at Tuanfu airport. The location is great. The staff are very helpful, gave details on when and where to wait for shuttle. The driver helped out with suitcase and brought us breakfast the next day when we headed out for an early flight. The hotel has a big and beautiful garden. Room is clean and cozy. The only thing to complain is there is no elevator. There are many small steps/stairs to get to the room. It's pretty hard to carry suitcase. Other than that, it's a great choice to stay.

Place is clean and well maintained. Location is a bit far from airport ( 15min drive through the woods / undeveloped roads ), TV / projector doesn't have good connection. Other than that no complaints

The master of the pick-up and drop-off service is warm, the two little sisters at the front desk are lively and cheerful, the boss is bright and atmospheric, the hotel is on the island in the middle of the lake, the scenery is quite awkward, the dishes in the hotel restaurant are also delicious, recommend the spicy chicken and green pepper shredded pork, Nothing else is known. “Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service!” I recently stayed at Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport Hotel and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From the moment I checked in, I felt like a valued guest. Arrived around 8.30pm on 26/10 and was immediately served w hot tea to keep ourselves warmed. Checking in was a breeze and I was very impressed with the corner table with thoughtful items for you to take in case you have forgotten to bring along during your travel. We want to express our appreciation towards the lady staff 007, who helped us to unload the heavy luggages from our car onto the luggage trolley and even brought up to our rooms personally. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. Toilet seat is always warmed up for the cold weather. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Breakfast was flavorful and beautifully presented. The dining area was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal, 1/2 an hour to airport and 20mins to a local mall making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made this a memorable trip. I highly recommend Vienna Hotel Chengdu Tianfu International Airport and look forward to returning in the future.

Parking is very convenient. The room environment at this price is also very good. It is simple and comfortable. The hygiene is very clean and attentive. The towels, slippers and toiletries are all disposable. It is safe to use and it is worth recommending.

We chose the hotel because of the location and the pick up and drop off service, and we have to point out that our flight was canceled and we arrived at the airport at 2:00 am and promptly there was a component from the hotel to pick us up, the room is perfect , clean , we only have one comment to make , I believe the Hotel could have coffee available! ☕️😉
